With rapid development of information technology, mobile Internet social learning to people put forward different requirements:social learning、Lifelong Learning. In this context, study and communication more through the network, the network plays an important role in the study and communication.Online learning communication based on network as the center, on the basis of network communication platform, in order to achieve a specific learning goals, interact with other learners to communicate, help each other to solve the problems of the learning process. For learners to use the Internet for informal learning, the ordinary social platform, information is miscellaneous, distracting for learners, which requires special study and communication platform for their support. Build learning through the network communication platform, enables the learners to use the computer, mobile devices, such as participate in the study discussion, find the same interest to study partners, promote the enthusiasm of learning by learning exchange.This study, according to the theory of informal learning interaction, the paper puts forward a predominantly interactive learning platform. In this paper, on the basis of the existing communication platform, research, starting from the social cognitive theory, activity theory of mining factors affecting learning interaction and promote communication strategy, and put forward learning communication platform based on activity theory model and platform of service mode, and puts forward design is required for the construction of platform of principles and processes.In the proposed platform model, design principle and design process, on the basis of this study using Node, js, exert its characteristics and advantages, build the including information release, information push, instant communication, interest groups, and other functions of study and communication platform, and the platform using test proved that it has certain practical value, finally to the direction of future research prospects.
