Design Of Education Communication Platform For Primary And Secondary Schools Based On WeChat

With the development of the information technology,We Chat and its platform are playing an increasingly important role in people's daily life,and it also involves all aspects of daily life.It has become the most prevalent APP in China.Meanwhile,a new mode of ''home-school-remedial class' ' has been formed in China's primary and secondary education.So parents and teachers(including school teachers and remedial teachers)must pay attention to the direct communication between these three steps.Besides,the long-term notes of student's comprehensive analysis in a written way have become vacancies in education industry.Therefore,for the above needs,the design of communication platform for primary and secondary education based on We Chat were studied and proposed.Based on the full understanding of market demand and technical feasibility,this We Chat platform was designed under the needs of current educational industry.After some requirement analyses like questionnaire survey,we divided the target into privacy home and school management platform and open information release and shared platform.The home and school management platform aims to protect student's privacy.You need to log in with your account number and password.It is mainly for the direct communication among parents,school teachers and remedial teachers,so is the record and analysis of students' comprehensive situation.To attract more users,the educational information release platform and the data sharing platform were set in an open way.Among them,the data sharing platform has the function of uploading and downloading data.Among these platform,the home and school management platform and the data sharing platform use microsite links,and the educational information release platform is carried out through the material management and custom menu interface at the back of the We Chat public platform.After completing the analysis and overall design of the system,it enters the specific design stage of the system.Firstly,in order to realize various functions of the system,the functional structure of the system was designed.Secondly,the relationship between various data in the system was constructed for the relationshipbetween the students,parents,school teachers and tutors.Thirdly,the design of various functions such as system information release,student comprehensive evaluation,and text communication is completed.Finally,based on the above design of the comprehensive analysis system,the design of each interface of the system is completed.At present,the design work of this system has been completed.It can be seen from the demonstration of the designed system and the prediction of the performance effect: the application of the platform not only solves the problem that school teachers and extra-tutors cannot communicate directly,but also makes a comprehensive analysis of all aspects of students,and it retains the results of the comprehensive analysis in a textual manner,which is convenient for parents to have a more comprehensive understanding of their children,while making it easier for teachers to acquaint new students and shorten their cycle of drawing up teaching plans.
