Causing students do not understand the true meaning of the model approach where more jump on the self-construction model.Through a questionnaire survey of 81 students studying chemistry in understanding and use of modeling methods to investigate; And 81 students for this model construction practice teaching model objects, classes were divided into experimental and control class in high school were penetration model organic chemistry teaching methods teaching practice; at the same time, after its associated teaching practice test questions to answer analysis of the situation and recommend relevant teaching suggestions.The results showed that: 1 the students understanding of the model method is still on the phase of the material model, understanding of the mental model is not thorough;2 will be mental model permeability thinking model in the teaching of organic chemistry can better help students construct their own.
