The "Amount" of higher education is moving from "elite education" toward "popular education", but the "quality" of popular education still needs to be improved, the openness of educational philosophy of universities is not enough, professional training targeting blurred, the relationship between education and society is not clear, this leading to a insufficient student’s theoretical level, the shortage of practical ability, inconsistent supply and social needs of professionals, college students highlight the problem of structural unemployment, and therefore, the development of professional colleges and universities should be strengthened. The major, As the cells of a professional school, is the basic unit of the university development, the nature and the ultimate goal of college and university development is to provide students with efficient and quality education services. The students, as the service target of higher education, have the final say in professional training issues, Therefore, this paper evaluate the college and university major development from the perspective of students.Based on this, this paper reviews the theory of classical model of customer satisfaction, and investigate the methods of student satisfaction, combined with the characteristics of professional satisfaction research, select the latent variables and observed variables related research from the perspective of students, and build localised Professional students Satisfaction Index Model. With the statistically professional college students be the object of this survey, This pater designs a list of survey to data sampling and analysing, uses the SPSS statistical analysis software and alpha coefficient to test the survey’s reliability; by analysis of variance for the professional satisfaction of students choose a professional exists on autonomy and personal property to test a significant difference, get the students’ professional satisfaction by gender and grade significantly affected; Using correlation analysis method to determine the relationship between the professional satisfaction and the explanatory variables, get the positive correlation relationship as assuming in the model between each other, and get the best fit of the regression model by regression analysis, the explanatory variables in this model determine the employment prospects, curriculum and professional autonomy of these three variables selected for Students the impact of the most significant professional attitude. Finally, this paper propound a suggestion in improving the statistical satisfaction recommendations from both schools and students: Students must take the initiative, in-depth understanding of their interests and relevant professional information, become professional choices policymakers, and make academic planning; student-centered colleges and universities should make professional development objectives standard clean, improve the professional curriculum, develop a flexible professional swap policy, and provide comprehensive career guidance.
