The students, as the service target of higher education, have the final say in professional training issues, Therefore, this paper evaluate the college and university major development from the perspective of students.Based on this, this paper reviews the theory of classical model of customer satisfaction, and investigate the methods of student satisfaction, combined with the characteristics of professional satisfaction research, select the latent variables and observed variables related research from the perspective of students, and build localised Professional students Satisfaction Index Model.
