| In recent years,the number of college graduates have increased with the increasing enrollment of colleges and universities which makes it more and more difficult for college students to get a job.Many college students are unable to find a satisfactory job.As the diploma of higher vocational colleges is not as good as that of ordinary colleges,the only thing that can compete with ordinary colleges is equipped with professional skills.And universities professional talent output does not meet the market demand caused by the structural unemployment which is a major cause of lead to college students’ employment difficulty.For this kind of situation,if we can improve the quality of professional training in various universities of college students,to stand in the Angle of the college students to carry out the teaching reform,which can be feasible to improve the current situation of college students’ employment difficulty.As recipients of education,college students which are consumers in education are the ultimate beneficiaries and experience-takers and have the right speak in the process of professional training and education in colleges.Therefore,it is particularly important to take college students in vocational colleges as the important objects of market research to analyze their satisfaction with their major,so as to improve their professional quality and improve their employment competitiveness after graduation.This research consists of five parts: the first part is teasing the existing undergraduate satisfaction or professional satisfaction of college students reference to summarize and comment the concept of professional satisfaction of college students at home and abroad and its influencing factors,and propose the text research methods and ideas through the enlightenment from that.The second part is introducing the theory of structural equation used in this research and laying a foundation for the modeling analysis below.The third part is modeling based on the previous theories of the first part and the theory of structural equation model of the second part.Firstly,confirm five dimensions which named expectation,value perception,professional satisfaction,loyalty and recommendation intention variables by dimension reduction effect of factor analysis.The expectation is used to expect as exogenous latent variables,and others as internal latent variables for estimating model of the path parameter and test to get the conclusion that expectation effect on professional satisfaction is the largest,and the second is loyalty,then the value perception,and the other can indirectly affect professional satisfaction,loyalty and professional satisfaction through the value perception,and also has a positive impact on recommendation intention.Finally,the model is tested by the model fitness index,and the model can be accepted.In the fourth part,the sample data were firstly grouped according to gender and origin,and multi-group analysis was conducted on the model.The theoretical model in this research was found to be equal among different sample groups through the test of path coefficient and model fitness index,what means the parameters were invariable.In the fifth part,to summarizes this study through the analysis,and put forward policy recommendations that the school should strengthen the professional courses in the curriculum system setting.Setting the species and amount of and proportion of the number of training courses reasonable,and improve teachers’ professional advancement and practicability of the curriculum knowledge.Strengthening the theory class teaching ability and level of professional teachers,the professional teachers’ teaching ability and level of training course.Pay attention to professional training facilities equipment,work efforts in practical strengthening and improving students’ ability.The innovation of this research lies in: the first research perspective innovation.This research based on the data of “world bank loan project”,make questionnaire survey on Yunnan province’s Qujing,Kunming,Dali and Tengchong city,a total of nine vocational education of college students in 2016.Taking college students as the consumers of education and the needs of students as the center,stood on the student’s point of view,the research in the field of higher education content is rich.This research from the angle of view launches the research,whether in practice or in theory has the certain innovation.Secondly,innovation in measurement indicators.In the existing literature index,based on the combination of research of university student satisfaction in the student individual features and expectations of the literature review,at the same time,added the three latent variables which is the student individual wills,students’ loyalty and students recommended to comprehensively analysis college students’ professional satisfaction.It also has certain innovation on showing the selection of variables.Thirdly,innovation of research methods.Considering that there are potential variables that cannot be observed in this study,and there are variables that can be directly observed,use the observation variables to explain potential variables to find the correlation between potential variables.The structural equation model combines the skills of factor analysis and econometric model to analyze the hypothesis relationship between latent variables.Therefore,SEM structural equation model becomes the first choice and only model in this study.Therefore,there are some innovations in analytical methods. |
