| Collaborative learning is a heterogeneous group as the basic organization form of cooperation, to group performance for reward standard, scientific and reasonable use of the interaction of students and teachers work together to promote, common a kind of teaching activities to achieve learning goals. Collaborative learning is an idea which complies with development of this era, a learning method which the new curriculum reform advocates, and one of the most effective way to efficient learning in classroom. As one of the best contemporary education reform achievements, collaborative learning has been a mainstream model of instruction, and the results are remarkable. However, collaborative learning falls flat as it is affected by tutors, students and environment factors.This dissertation analyzed collaborative learning research status and development trends by applying literature research method, summarized collaborative learning related theories, established theoretical foundation for applying collaborative learning. Simultaneously, this paper found a way to achieve effective collaborative learning and improve collaborative learning efficiency on the basis of analyzing factors which have impact on collaborative learning. According to different course types of high school biology, three distinct collaborative learning methods are designed: "Study-Plan Guiding-- Self-learning-- Collaboration" Model, "Study-Plan Guiding-- Construction--Collaboration" Model, and "Exploration-- Collaboration" Model. These three models are applied to high school biology new courses, review courses and exploratory experiment courses respectively. The application lasts one term, then the comparison between experimental group and control group will be analyzed and summarized: Firstly, collaborative learning increased experimental group examination performance. Secondly, collaborative learning could increase learning interest.. Thirdly, collaborative learning could increase ability of self-learning Lastly, collaborative learning could increase teamwork consciousness. And summarized for high schools are suitable for application of cooperative learning in biological teaching material. |
