"Guidelines for Kindergarten Education(Trial)",it put forward "to find the child’s interest in things, games and contingencies implied by the value of education, we should grasp the opportunity and guide it actively." Contingency teaching activities in kindergarten have occurred, it is the test of teachers’ pedagogical tact, teachers should be good at grasping and using these events, to promote children’s learning and development better. Through the researchers, the literature and data have been found that teachers use pedagogical tact the in kindergarten is still very weak, the study of pedagogical tact of kindergarten teachers as the research object is less. Therefore, this thesis makes deep study on kindergarten teachers’ education wit. This article on the topic of "kindergarten teacher pedagogical tact application", and try to analysis the existence of kindergarten teachers’ pedagogical tact problem in its application, it discusses the causes of the problem and puts forward the strategy in order to provide theoretical guidance for the understanding and practice of the kindergarten teachers.This paper includes the following parts:The first part: introduction. This part mainly includes the research origin, concept definition, literature reviews and research significance, research methods and research process.The second part: the existing problems in the teachers’ pedagogical tact. Learning from the practice of the observation and analysis in kindergarten, to find the presence problems of the kindergarten teachers’ pedagogical tact.The third part: analysis of the causes about teachers’ problems of using pedagogical tact.in kindergarten. According to the actual situation, it discusses the education concept, teachers’ knowledge of profession, education experience and other factors on the use of kindergarten teacher pedagogical tact though the analysis.The fourth part: put forward strategies. Take relevant strategies which based on analyzing the problem of the kindergarten teachers’ pedagogical tact.
