With the continuous professional development of teachers in depth, it is increasingly recognized that the professional quality of teachers is to decide whether or not education is the key to success, teachers should have professional quality which has become the field of education the focal point of concern.But people also realise that profound philosophy of education, advanced curriculum ideas and scientific teaching methods cannot afford a solution to the immediate problems in education. Different time and space, different teachers and students cause the courses to be various and changeable. Especially for our kindergarten teachers, they have to face more complicated and ever-changing educational context,because pre-school education at the initial stage of basic education, the curriculum does not have a unified set of regulations and standards and the peculiarity of children's physical and mental development.All of this requires a real-time teachers an ability to resolve the issue of education, that is pedagogical tact.I read a great deal of relevant literature and summed up the research from our country and others.That includs the reaserches of the definition ,the characteristics ,the influencing factors and the training strategy. Learning from their predecessors in the knowledge and experience,I give pedagogical tact a definition that is the ability that can take an immediate and meaningful steps as he or she in a educactional emergency.This study used the phenomenological theory and research methods of phenomenology. Phenomenological methods carried the ideas of phenomenology that "back to things themselves" and "life-world". The study focused on the subjective experience, value the researchers'intuitive analysis. The researcher interviewed three kindergarten teachers and carried out a observation to the real situations of their work . Collected data in the process, researchers have been suspended knowledge and experience as much as possible when face to the text,.Through meticulous description,the researcher refined the theme: the contradict concepts of education, and implicit skills of education, teacher knowledge, and teachers'emotion,all of them have impact on teachers act in the instant case.Finally, the researcher tried to sum up the characteristics of teachers'pedagogical tact on the basis of this material in early childhood education teachers and the influencing factors ,then put forward suggestions.
