The Research On The Present Situation And Development Strategy Of The Private Kindergarten In Heilongjiang Province

Because the victory of Third Plenary Session of the eighteen meeting, the development of two separate child policy and 3- 6 of infant education, our society is calling for the rise of the rapid development of preschool education in china. Since the beginning of history, an important part of the private kindergarten is our country’s preschool education, the rapid development of private kindergartens will determine the quality of development of preschool education in our country and its future trend.This study is based on the current situation of the development of private kindergartens, I investigated the development of private kindergartens in dozens of cities and counties in Heilongjiang province. In Heilongjiang Province, the search is about the introduction and analysis of the number of private gardens, the number of children and teachers in these kindergartens, the number inclusive private garden and capital investment of them.I have found some problems in the process of developing the private kindergartens. Private preschool education management system and operational mechanism restrict the development of preschool education; private kindergarten’s orientation and connotation construction are not in place; the principal and teachers are not adapted to the needs of the development of preschool education; lack of norms for private kindergarten curriculum management and construction; the self-discipline organization has not been a good role to play.Based on the issues, I want to raise strategies to solve the problems. The functions of the government departments on the exercise of private preschool education management according to law;Improve the operating system of private preschool education and innovate the management mechanism; Change the educational concept ofservice, andto accurate positioning of the private kindergarten development direction; Ensure the hardware facilities, security facilities and Safety Science; to improve the principal’s leadership and protect teachers’ private rights; the curriculum and teaching materials with scientific basis should adapt to the physical and mental development of children; to strengthen self-discipline to solve the industry chaos.The purpose of this study is putting forward to solve the problems of private kindergartens in Heilongjiang Province from the modes of innovation and management point of views in private kindergartens so that we can develop the strategies to provide some help for the better development of education in Heilongjiang kindergartens’ education.
