The Research Of University Ideological And Political Education In The Perspective Of Social Management Innovation

With the development of economic globalization, China’s economy and society is facing a more complicated situation. Changes in the economic system and benefit pattern always led to the Variation of our conscious and attitudes. In modern times, with the development of the society of social management innovation, social management gradually moving towards to the model of multi-stakeholder involvement and public governance. The concept of serving for people and People-oriented become more mainstream in current social management.It is necessary to use the flexible management of ideological and political education function to change the model of social management and educate members of society.Social management innovation not only create a good social environment for the development of ideological and political education, but also put forward higher requirements to it.In this context,the combination of the theory of social management and the practice of ideological and political education will find a new path for it.From the perspective of social management innovation,this article puts forward new way for ideological and political education by using relevant principles of management science, literature research and summarized method, analyzing the plight of ideological and political education. Firstly, this article defines the connotation of college ideological education and social management, compare the function of college ideological education and political and social management, summarize the dialectical relationship between them; then respond to practical problems and demands using the theory of social management innovation;finally, propose new path to promote ideological and political education relying on the aforementioned research.In the background of social transformation and economic globalization, to adapt to the changing social conditions and achieve the teaching objectives better, it is necessary for ideological and political education advance and innovate with times.
