With the coming of the digital age, various "micro" elements and resources applied to teaching are accepted and loved. As the instructional tool, Micro-lecture has been paid plenty of attentions by researchers and teachers recently. More and more scholars begin to explore the ‘Micro-lecture’ or ‘Micro course’.Taking “Micro-lecture” as the research subject, in this thesis Micro-lecture application status of Basic education in JiangXi province is taken as the example. Through interview survey combined with a questionnaire survey, the obstacle factors and strategies of Micro-lecture of Basic education of JiangXi province are explored from the Angle of Diffusion of Innovation Theory.The research background, research review, theoretical basis, related concept are defined firstly. And then an investigation from the user’s level is conducted. The obstacle factor table are summed up as well. Finally, aiming to the research result, the Micro-lecture RDD promotion model for education department, "connected" education research institutions, education institutions Micro-lecture 4Cs marketing model and Schools UOID Micro-lecture promotion model are promoted from the perspective of promoters.Seven chapters are included in this thesis.Chapter One Introduction. Based on the research background, research questions, and the purpose, method and significance of study are elaborated in the thesis.Chapter Two Research review. First of all, the connotation of ‘Micro-lecture’ or ‘Micro course’ are compared. Then defined the concept based on the researches from all scholars and the domestic research status. Finally, reviewing literature, Micro-lecture research status from both domestic and abroad are analyzed systematically.Chapter Three Theoretical basis. The Diffusion of Innovation Theory, Communication Theory and Marketing Theory are put forward as the theoretical basis of this study, and theories are summarized.Chapter Four Micro-lecture application obstacle factors survey. Research investigation and questionnaire survey are analyzed. And the time, purpose, object, such as content of two surveys are described in detail. The survey visualization results are presented at last.Chapter Five Micro-lecture application obstacle factor analysis. Combined with the results of the related literature material, interview and questionnaire investigation and statistics, the Micro-lecture in Basic education in JiangXi province obstacle factors in the popularization and application is studied thoroughly, from the perspective of four major factors in the process of Micro-lecture promoting(Micro-lecture, Transmission channels, Time, Society system).Chapter Six Micro-lecture application obstacles countermeasures. Aiming at the conclusions, the corresponding solution countermeasures are put forward respectively from three promotion body(Department of education, Education institutions, Schools), combining Diffusion of Innovation Theory and Marketing Theory.Chapter Seven Conclusion.
