Based on synthesizing relevant researches of educational informationization both domestic and abroad, focusing on investigating the status quo of educational informationization, especially the obstacles and strategies of IT application in JiangXi province as a case, this thesis attempts to explore the main obstacles that restricts educational informationization development of JiangXi province and strategies to it, which hopefully might provide constructive ideas to educational informationization strategies applicable to whole country. This thesis specifies the theme from different levels in six chapters.Chapter One: A Description of Research Background. (1) Describes the global development trends of educational informationization from three dimensions;(2) outlines the educational informationization development status quo of China;(3) summarizes the educational informationization development of JiangXi province, and with which as a starting point of our research.Chapter Two: Illustration Of Research Foundation. (1) Brings forward and describes the problem;(2) summarizes the researches both domestic and abroad, aiming at the problem;(3) describes four kinds of theoretical foundations briefly: diffusion of innovation, communication theory, instructional design and social psychology.Chapter Three: Research Design:(1) Presents the research purposes;(2) designs the research methods; (3) describes the research significance from four dimensions: attitude, method, theory and practice.Chapter Four: Description of the Researching Operations and Results:(l) The major content of investigation is focusing on factors obstructive to IT diffusion and application ;(2) A brief description of the purposes, methods and ways of the two kinds of investigating methods: interview and questionnaires; (3) makes the statistics and visualizes the results of questionnaires.Chapter Five: Analysis of the Obstructive Factors. (1) Uses the four primary elements that obstruct the application of Innovation as analyzing perspectives, namely, the achievement of innovation, the channels of diffusion, the time of application, and the system of society. (2) Uses the synthesis of relevant documents, the records of the interviews, and the analysis of the questionnaire statistics as evidence. (3) Differentiates, analyzes and absorbs the available ideas selectively, and argues the irrationality of the current dominant ideas that the obstruction lies in the teachers' modes of thought. (4) Determines that the major obstruction that restricts the diffusion and application of IT inJiangxi lies in the software and the application of instructional models.Chapter Six: Strategies Research. (1) Explores the strategies to overcome or surmount the obstacles of the diffusion and application of IT from four diffusion subjects, namely, government, educational institutes, enterprises and schools.(2) Adjusts the policies of infrastructure development, i.e., Schools Classification. (3) Develop instruction software with the help of IT companies. (4) Develops a new type of training method, i.e., School-based Order-oriented Training. (5) Put forward some systematic program proposals for the construction of scholastic educational informationization.
