| With the broad development of competitive intelligence of enterprise activity, thetask of counter competitive intelligence has become more important and serious.Competitive intelligence emphasizes the study on intelligence method and systemestablish, however, counter competitive intelligence pays more attention to the study onmanagement problem, which belongs to management creation. Based on analysis onsome conceptions such as counter competitive intelligence and business secrets, thispaper designs the processing mode and working program of counter competitiveintelligence from the point of view of enterprise management. The paper also discussesthe culture establishment of counter competitive intelligence in the process of setting upenterprise culture and points out that the main content is information awarenesseducation, stimulation mechanism for information workers and regulation system ofcounter competitive intelligence work. |
