| Based on theoretic contents and practical experiences of constructing Chinese enterprise competitive intelligence system, this paper studies systematically and comprehensively construction of university competitive intelligence system in China. At the beginning, the author introduces the situations of university competitive intelligence system and cites an example of Heilongjiang University to discuss its situations and problems by investigating in Heilongjiang University. Following the author points out that it is very important to construct competitive intelligence system in Chinese universities, and describes the basic framework of university competitive intelligence system depending on competitive intelligence collection subsystem, competitive intelligence analysis and handling subsystem and competitive intelligence service subsystem. In order to ensure university competitive intelligence system to construct smoothly and operate efficiently, the author discusses the key successful factors on constructing university competitive intelligence system and the main models of university competitive intelligence system, meantime, designs a kind of key model of competitive intelligence system for Heilongjiang University. In the end, the author makes a thorough inquiry into application valuation, that is, demonstrates detailed four functions of university competitive intelligence system, including analysis on surroundings of universities competitive, study on competition opponents of universities, definition on competition strategies of universities and the functions of counter intelligence. |
