Research On The Current Situation Of Competitive Intelligence Education In Colleges And Universities In China

Although China's competitive intelligence education has been carried out in China for more than 20 years,and has formed a certain foundation,in most cases,competitive intelligence is only a course in Colleges and universities,a research direction,which is difficult to meet the social needs in the depth and breadth of education.On the other hand,from the perspective of talent output,many of the students trained by competitive intelligence education in domestic colleges and universities have not engaged in competitive intelligence related work after graduation,and even some of them have difficulties in employment.It can be seen that the social recognition of talents trained by competitive intelligence education in domestic universities is low,and the employment situation is very severe.This paper analyzes the distribution of disciplines and departments,the construction of teaching materials,the training of teachers and talents,and the publication of master's degree theses in Colleges and universities,and finds that there are many problems in the implementation of competitive intelligence education in Colleges and universities in China,For example,the orientation of education goal is vague;the background and form of education subject are too single;the teaching content is inconsistent with the national conditions and social background;the education object lacks practical ability;the researchers and school enterprise cooperation of different education background are too few,and so on.In view of the above problems,the author puts forward a series of suggestions,such as repositioning the competitive intelligence education in Colleges and universities in China,strengthening the construction of courses and teaching materials,optimizing the personnel training mode,etc.,and tries to push forward the development of competitive intelligence education in Colleges and universities in China and find a competitive intelligence education mode in line with China's national conditions.
