Nearly 20 years children and adult obesity has become an important public health problem. Adolescent obesity problem of the health and education is the huge challenge, prevent teenagers obesity among children in China growth, let them happy and healthy growth is the responsibility of each of the education and scientific research workers. Objective: The purpose of this paper is to use meta-analysis at home and abroad about sports intervention for systematic analysis of the influence of obese adolescents to explain the exercise intervention for obese adolescents physiological indexes, fitness, and the influence of individual form. And points out the advantages and disadvantages of these sports intervention, at the same time, from the perspective of macro analysis of the shortage of school sports now, provide the basis for the better development of school sports. Methods: to retrieve the Chinese-foreign database, including: China National Knowledge Infrastructure, MEDLINE, Embase, Web of Science(1983- September 2014), Proquest Dissertations and Theses, etc., of the retrieved literature, is established on the basis of in and out standard selection literature, extract the data, the use of critical assessment tools(critical appraisal tools) and Lewis, Olds, William(LOW) to include quality of literature evaluation. Using the chi-square test, the Cochrane system evaluation Q inspection and I2 test the heterogeneity in study. And will Review all the data into the system evaluation software Manager5.2 in comprehensive analysis. Results: a total of 19 references, including 10 articles into Chinese literature, the rest in English literature. Six studies for the study of the randomized controlled trials, the rest are not randomized controlled trial study. Through quantitative and qualitative analysis results showed that:1. All his annual included in the study between the year 2005 and 2013, the subjects for teens aged 12 to 18. Research interventions is given priority to with aerobic and resistance training, control group a total of 540 people, all research group, a total of 631 people, of 1171 patients in total.2. To evaluate into 19 studies, found that 11 study for the study of the low risk of bias, namely critical assessment uniform is greater than or equal to 5. 8 studies is a high risk of bias research.3. Using the chi-square analysis and Q statistics to the heterogeneity of every index test results show that the weight index(BMI, body fat percentage, total cholesterol, and vo2 Max index within heterogeneity, and lean body weight, triglycerides, fat quality indicator of internal heterogeneity does not exist.4. The comprehensive effect of the result analysis shows that exercise intervention can improve the quality of fat of obese adolescents and indexes of triglycerides and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL_C) increased the content of teenagers. But for body mass index(BMI), total cholesterol and the influence of systolic blood pressure and other indicators is unclear.5. Through the index system of forest figure shows error in a reasonable scope, publication bias in the study of risk is smaller.6. According to the different types of intervention and other factors, the classification of subgroup analysis, according to the group of the merger of the statistics and research the comprehensive effect of the difference was not significant, showed that the results of the study have a higher reliability.
