Objective:In this paper,through the children aerobics training of obese children during 4weeks,To observe the effect of children aerobics training of lipid metabolism and other related indicators.Analysis the effect of 4 weeks children aerobics training on lipid metabolism and weight loss in obese children,for the purpose of exercise in obese children and provide experimental diet reference.Methods:14 children(male,female,5),aged from 9 to 12,were selected for the study.There was no history of systemic exercise,history of obesity and other major diseases.Exercise 90 minutes each time,exercise about 3 times a week.Each training course subjects by adolescent aerobic routine(3 minutes and 40 seconds)cycling exercises.During exercise,the subjects were wearing Polar,every 10 min to monitor the heart rate during exercise target heart rate range is determined according to the Karvonen equation,each training class exercise control in the target heart rate range.Before and after 4 weeks,the body shape index and blood index were collected,and the T test was performed by SPSS16.0.Results:1.After 4 weeks children aerobics,,1.Male,the female participants' weight and BMI significantly decreased(P < 0.05),and a decline in different subjects of waist and hip circumference,embodied in: male subjects were decreased for waist > the upper arm surrounds > thigh circumference hip circumference;The female subjects were waist size > and > with a > hip.2.After 4 weeks children aerobics,There was no significant difference in the skinfold thickness of the subjects,but there was a decreasing trend,and the body parts were different.The decrease of the skinfold thickness of the male subjects was the subscapular angle> the upper part of the iliac crest> the abdomen > Upper arm triceps muscle,female subjects are subscapular angle> abdomen> upper iliac crest> upper arm triceps muscle.3.After 4 weeks children aerobics,subjects skinfold thickness decreased significantly(P < 0.05),but there was no obvious change in male subjects by the upper part of the iliac crest skinfold thickness(P > 0.05),decreased.Parts of the body appear difference between subjects skinfold thickness,male subjects skinfold thickness decreased as the scapular > > > the iliac crest upper abdominal brachial triceps,female subjects is the inferior angle of scapula > > > the upper abdomen iliac crest brachial triceps.4.After 4 weeks children aerobics,subjects of triglyceride(TG),cholesterol(CHO),low density lipoprotein(LDL-C),serum insulin decreased significantly(P < 0.05),high density lipoprotein(HDL-C)increased significantly(P < 0.05).5.Compared with the experiment,the serum leptin level of the subjects decreased significantly(P < 0.05),and the serum adiponectin increased significantly(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.Children's upper body,abdomen,thigh,back and other muscle groups,and local core strength exercises,reducing the weight of children with simple obesity,BMI,waist hip and skinfold thickness of the Department of differences,Four weeks of children's fitness exercises to improve the body shape of simple obese children.2.4 weeks children aerobics can reduce the children with simple obesity triglyceride(TG),cholesterol(CHO),low density lipoprotein(LDL-C)and insulin,can effectively improve the blood lipid metabolism in children with simple obesity.3.4 weeks children aerobics can improve the expression of serum leptin in children with simple obesity,and inhibit the expression of adiponectin,to improve maternal fat during exercise aerobics ability can promote.
