Objectives: In recent years, late adolescent obesity students has increased sharply, which greatly hindered the development of the student coordination ability, butcoordination capacity is one of the essential qualities of human movement and is thepremise and foundation of learning to master and apply the technology. Therefore, thepurpose of this study was to take exercise intervention for late adolescent obesity studentsand attempt to explore more reasonable and refinement of movement plan, providingobjective and operation exercise intervention program for obesity students, so as toimprove their coordination ability. Methods: This article mainly uses the literature material law, expert interviewmethod, experimental method, mathematical statistics and so on, which focus on using theexperimental method to the third senior middle schools in Wu xi city of68obesitystudents, they are divided into two groups, one group of exercise intervention(experimental group)17boys,17girls people; a group of non exercise group (controlgroup)17boys,17girls. The experimental group in addition to the weekly physicaleducation and exercise after class, every Tuesday and Friday to take exercise intervention, every movement was divided into three stages, namely the preparatory activities for5-10minutes, training for40-50minutes, finishing training activities for5-10minutes, totalexercise time of about1hours, the continuous implementation of the exercise intervention6weeks and12weeks; the control group in addition to the weekly physical education andexercise class, no longer for other sporting activities. Coordination test items include:30seconds of skipping rope、30seconds of kicking shuttlecock、15seconds of passing the ballagainst the wall、hands forward throwing solid ball and20meters basketball curve dribble. Results: Comparison in the group: the men and women of the experimental group andcontrol group after intervention and intervention compared with before intervention grouprespectively (1) in the body shape, both men and women in the experimental group or the control group, there is no significant difference in height (P﹥0.05);they controlgroup are no significant difference in body weight and BMI (P﹥0.05);they experimentgroup have significant difference(P﹤0.05)(2)in the coordination ability, malecontrol group in addition to pre intervention and in the intervention for15seconds ofpassing the ball against the wall has significant difference (P<0.05), the other were notstatistically significance (P>0.05); during and after intervention respectively withbefore the intervention, female control group has significant difference in15seconds ofpassing the ball against the wall(P<0.05), the other were not statisticallysignificance(P>0.05);during and before the intervention, male experiment group solidball and20meters basketball curve dribble are not significant difference(P>0.05), othercomparisons have significant difference(P <0.05); Female experiment group inaddition to the solid ball scores no statistically significant difference before and afterintervention (P>0.05), the other has significant difference (P﹤0.05).2.Comparison among groups, female and male experiment group and the controlgroup were compared between the two groups(1)before the exercise intervention:female and male experiment group and the control group has not significant difference inheight, weight and BMI (P>0.05).In male experiment group and the controlgroup,30seconds of skipping rope、30seconds of kicking shuttlecock and20metersbasketball curve dribble have not significant difference(P>0.05),solid ball and15seconds of passing the ball against the wall have significant difference(P﹤0.05); thereis no significant difference between the female experiment group and the control group(P>0.05).(2)In exercise intervention: male experiment group and the control grouphas significant difference in solid ball and15seconds of passing the ball against thewall(P﹤0.05);female group has significant difference in15seconds of passing theball against the wall (P﹤0.05), other are no significant difference(P>0.05).(3)After exercise intervention, male experiment group and the control group has notsignificant difference in30seconds of skipping rope and20meters basketball curvedribble(P>0.05), the other have significant difference (P﹤0.05); female group hasnot significant difference in30seconds of skipping rope(P>0.05), the other have significant difference(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:1.Experimental results show, exercise intervention program of exerciseand strength meet the growth and development characteristics of late adolescent obesestudents, it can develop students’ coordination ability.2. Effective exercise intervention has positive effects on body weight and BMI controllate adolescent obese students so that their body shape is improved, but the height of thesmall influence.3. Compared between6and12weeks, the longer period of time’s exerciseintervention can effectively improve the coordination ability of the obese students.
