Obesity is still the most widespread social problem in modern society. The increase in total caloric intake of adolescents is important for the increase of sugar and carbonated drinks and sugar intake.Obesity affects the physical and mental health of young people all the time, and influences the development and growth of the present. Therefore, people pay close attention to it.Aerobic exercise is a low-intensity,rhythmic exercise that is the main way to improve obesity. This article USES the Review Manager5.3 English version software of aerobic exercise on obesity in adolescents in China since 2002 are Meta analyses influence of literature, and draw up out of the screening criteria in advance,The index of screening was that the percentage of body fat had a positive effect on body mass index(BMI)and waist to hip ratio(waist to hip ratio).the positive influence to the skinfold, influence on lean body mass is,on blood pressure is affecting, influence on blood sugar is seven, according to the seven to into and out of the retrieved literature,to complete the final document screening. In addition,The seven indexes were analyzed by meta in the experiment group and the control group. The results of the study:Since 2002,there are 20 literature samples of the influence of aerobic exercise on juvenile obesity, which are the core of sports, core of non-sports and master's thesis. The sample size of the study is mostly different, about 10 to 120 people. The duration of intervention was between 4 and 10 months; The age of the researchers was between12 and 18,with a reasonable age distribution and gender balance.Of aerobic exercise on obesity in adolescents is influence in the study of seven indicators found that aerobic exercise on body fat percentage of teenagers are affected to great effect, namely the teenage body fat percentage under the aerobic exercise intervention compared with anaerobic exercise intervention effect more significant. The positive effects of the body mass index(BMI)on the body mass index(BMI),as well as the waist to hip ratio, were significant.that is,the effect of aerobic exercise on the waist-to-hip ratio of obese adolescents was also significant.Of aerobic exercise on studies of the effects ofteenagers skinfold is found that aerobic exercise for abdominal skinfold influence for the medium effect, the influence on the waist skinfold for medium effect, the influence on the triceps skinfold for medium effect, the aerobic exercise for obese adolescents skinfold positive effect. In the study of the effect of aerobic exercise on weight gain in obese adolescents,it was found that aerobic exercise had a significant effect on lean body weight, namely that aerobic exercise had a relatively significant effect on lean body weight. In the study of the effect of aerobic exercise on blood pressure in obese adolescents,it was found that aerobic exercise had a large effect on blood pressure, that is,the effect of aerobic exercise on blood pressure was relatively significant. In the study of the effect of aerobic exercise on blood glucose in obese adolescents,it was found that aerobic exercise had a significant effect on blood glucose, which means that aerobic exercise can lower blood glucose levels to a certain extent.Purpose:This study can not only understand the benefits of aerobic exercise on physiology obese adolescents, improve adolescent obesity body, also can form good habits and customs,to avoid some of the complications after adult. On the impact of aerobic exercise on obesity in adolescents is Meta analysis and research, not only Meta analysis can be applied to sports scientific research, conclude that aerobic exercise intervention effect of adolescent obesity, further confirmed the practicability of Meta analysis.
