ObjectiveStudies confirmed that insulin resistance in obese children existed, hyperlipidemia, risk factors such as metabolic syndrome. Types of obesity and metabolic syndrome are closely related. Central obesity is more likely to lead to the metabolic syndrome. Therefore, to establish a not only reflect the degree of obesity, and also can reflect the obese type of indicator is particularly important. This study through aerobic exercise on obesity children around the body form and the influence of blood insulin, blood lipid four analysis before and after the intervention waist height ratio and the relationship between four and insulin hematic fat, waist height than judge the degree of obesity and type, and to predict the likelihood of metabolic syndrome risk.Methods246 obese children and adolescents(134 males,112 females, ages 12 to 17 years old, body fat rate > 30%,)were recruited from weight reduction camps during 2007-2013 in shanghai to around the low and medium intensity aerobic exercise combined with proper weight loss diet intervention training. These obese children and adolescents’ height, weight, waist circumference, body fat rate, fasting blood insulin, fasting lipid four were measured both at the beginning and ending of the weight reduction program, which lasted 4 weeks. Choose the way to low and medium intensity aerobic exercise for a long time to lose weight training. Such as swimming, jogging, aerobics, badminton, table tennis, etc. Exercise intervention time is 4 weeks, 6 days per week, every day in the afternoon every 2 h,and the for several minutes before and after the exercise to prepare and organize activities. To monitor exercise intensity, in the process of movement in heart rate monitoring indicators as exercise intensity. Sports in the process of specialized technical personnel to ensure the safety of exercise intensity and exercise. According to the subjects of basal metabolic rate to calculate the heat required for a day, by professional nutritionists to catering.Results1. After 4 weeks weight loss by aerobic exercise and diet exercise, the weight, fat percentage and waist circumference, and WHt R body shape indicators are significantly decreased(p < 0.01). 2. After 4 weeks weight loss by aerobic exercise and diet exercise, the level TG,TC, HDL-C, LDL-C, INS all declined significantly, HDL-C/LDL-C ratio increased significantly(p < 0.01). 3. Subjects’ waist-to-height ratio and blood index are significant correlation. After four weeks, the subjects’ morphological index, blood index were significantly decreased. Waist height ratio and blood insulin, blood lipid four still exist a certain correlation. Conclusions and suggestions1. 4-week low and medium intensity aerobic exercise combined with proper diet intervention, can obviously improve body shape, hyperinsulinemia and dyslipidemia. 2. WHt R not only can determine obesity type and can also judge the degree ofobesity.WHt R can be used as evaluation index type of simple obesity and obesity. 3. WHt R can reflect the metabolic syndrome risk factors, predict the risk of metabolic syndrome. Surrounded by low and medium intensity aerobic exercise intervention can significantly improve the metabolic syndrome risk factors. Suggest that obese children and teenagers’ early exercise to lose weight, correcting metabolic syndrome pathogenesis risk factors, reduce the incidence of metabolic syndrome in adulthood.
