Purpose: Numerous studies show that there is a close link between obesity and hypertension. The practice of weight reduction exercise has proved that exercise can significantly decrease the incidence of obesity, while less attention to the effects of exercise inter vention on blood pressure of obesity. This study explores the effects of 4-week aerobic exercise on blood pressure in obese adolescents in BMI,Fat%,TG,TC,LDL-C,HDL-C,INS,PRA,AGT,ANGI,ANGⅡ,and provides the reference of prevention of hypertension in the obese adolescents. Methods: 58 moderate and severe obese adolescents(31 males, 27 females; aged(15.75±1.86)years) were from weight reduction camps in Shanghai(2013.2014). Based on our current assessment reference of the blood pressure in children and adolescents(3-17) years of age, 42 cases with hypertension in subjects, accounting for 72.41%.4-week medium and small intensity aerobic exercise and proper diet weight loss were carried out. Based on the subjects’ health condition and the results of exercise load test, we set a personality exercise prescription(courses including table tennis, badminton, basketball, as well as jogging, aerobics, swimming, sports games, etc) for each individual in the first place. During weight reduction exercise plan, our professionals chose heart rate as a monitor indicator by POLAR. Before and after each exercise plan, carried out 15 ~ 20 mins warm- up activities and organize activities, twice every day and 2 hours once by moderate and low intensity aerobic exercise, which lasted for 4 weeks. According to subjects’ basal metabolism, they were offered reasonable daily calories and nutrition. Energy supply proportion of sugar, fat, protein were 60% to 70%, 10% to 15%, 20% to 25%. The data have been analyzed by 17.0 statistical software. It is significantly changed by P<0.01 and obviously changed by P<0.05.Results: 1Changes in BMI, Fat%, Lipid Metabolism, FINS of Obese Adolescents after Aerobic Exercise Intervention After 4-week low and medium intensity aerobic exercise, BMI(33.92±4.09)Kg/m2 down to(30.15±3.61)K g/m2, Fat% decreased significantly(P<0.01)(43.40±8.38)% down to(37.70±7.16)%; TG, TC, LDL-C and HDL-C, decreased significantly(P<0.01), HDL-C / LDL-C increase significantly, FINS decreased(63.95±9.61) significantly(P<0.01) 2Changes in PRA,AGT,ANGI,ANG Ⅱ of Obese Adolescents after Aerobic Exercise InterventionAfter 4-week medium and small intensity aerobic exercise, PRA, ANGI,ANGⅡdecreased significantly(P<0.01). AGT decreased, while the change of AGT was no significant(P>0.05). After Aerobic Exercise Intervention, PRA of EHF team from(2.63±1.68)μg/L/h down to(1.91±1.25)μg/L/h, ANGⅡof EHF team from(229.74±110.37)ng/L down to(100.89±60.10)ng/L, only ANGI decreased significantly in the NF team. 3Changes in Arterial Blood Pressure, HR(rest) of Obese Adolescents after Aerobic Exercise Intervention After 4-week medium and small intensity aerobic exercise, obese adolescents’ SBP, DBP, HR(rest) decreased significantly(P<0.01). After 4-week medium and small intensity aerobic exercise, 3 case with hypertension was in subjects(accounting for 5.17%), which decreased significantly. Conclusions: 4-week medium and small intensity aerobic exercise effectively reduce obese a dolescents’ body morphology indices, including body weight, Fat%. Arterial Blood Pressure, HR(rest) of obese adolescents decreased significantly, the level of PRA, ANGI,ANGⅡdecreased significantly, especially decreases in ANGⅡ,which has an active role in lowering blood pressure and improving heart function.
