Migrants are willing and able to stay long in the city, which is both sustained growth of China’s economy continues to objective requirements, but also the only way to social harmony and stability. Therefore, the gradual elimination of urban and rural social structure, to solve the transfer of rural surplus labor force, promote foreign population successfully settled in the city, so that they truly integrate into urban society, these are the necessary measure of urbanization. However, the reality is that migrants become vulnerable in the city, people marginalized by the city, finally causing them both at the same time living in the city and the exclusion of local cities and local residents. Exclusion and discrimination faced by many from the community, the majority of migrants still hope of long-term stay in the city, rather than return to live single, simple consumption, low income rural life. Faced with this "urban-rural" the reality of conflict, it is necessary to urban residence outside the will of the population of theoretical analysis and practical guidance, it is necessary to understand their living conditions, to explore their survival needs, analyze their willingness to influence the city residence factor. This urgent need is not only the survival needs of city immigrants, but also the need of the current urban development. In this paper, 14 cities and prefectures in Hunan migrants from within the range(in the inflow to live more than a month, the non-regional accounts in May 2012 and the age of 15-59 years of age migrants) sample survey data, province were living situation analysis of urban migrants from the overall statistical analysis, the current status of the foreign population lives be improved, Residing Preference of the city is strong. Also in Hunan native population groups have been gradually transformed into nascent 8090 generation "migrant workers". They married mostly, and the level of education is generally not high, but the increase in undergraduate education. On the other hand, there are working conditions and relatively low average level of urban workers, job and the industry is relatively simple, poor living conditions, but with the accumulation of time working outside their city gradually increased adaptability, willingness to stay in the city of residence also increases. In this paper, the model of binary Logistic factors affecting urban migrants stay in Hunan willingness to analyze that, marital status, age, educational level andoccupational status and work experience and other individual characteristics variables have a significant impact on the willingness of migrants residence. On the other hand, economic and social factors also affect the flow of decision-making and flow patterns,we found that the employment sector, working hours, social security and other factors, there is widespread use of the Internet to stay outside the will of the population also has a significant impact.
