Mathematics culture which is one of the research hotspots in the field of mathematical education, has gradually entered the classroom of primary and middle schools at present. No matter considering from the value of mathematics culture, or from the results of existing research and teaching experience, mathematics culture is the indispensable contents of mathematics teaching. The key of penetrating mathematical culture in the classroom teaching is to realize the effective fusion of ‘mathematics culture’ and ‘the classroom teaching’. Therefore, how to penetrate mathematics culture effectively become a problem which is the urgent need to solve.Mathematics cultural atmosphere is the environment which is formatted after penetrating mathematics culture in classroom. Building mathematics cultural atmosphere is a kind of way to penetrate mathematics culture in classroom, and it’s also the fusion of mathematics culture’ and the classroom teaching. This study designed the framework of building mathematics cultural atmosphere,and refined what teachers should do to build the atmosphere in each step of the framework. It is convenient for teachers to understand and implement. At last, the author designed a classroom experiment to check the accuracy and operability of the framework strategy which is to build mathematics cultural atmosphere. The concrete research contents of each chapter are arranged as follows:The author summarizes the connotation of mathematics culture, the connotation of mathematics cultural atmosphere and the three aspects of penetrating mathematics culture in classroom in the first chapter of this paper. Also, the author gives the definition of mathematics culture and mathematics cultural atmosphere. In the second chapter of this paper, explore the necessity of building mathematics cultural atmosphere from three aspects which are the values of mathematics cultural,the characteristic of mathematics cultural atmosphere and the research status of building mathematics cultural atmosphere in the classroom. The values of mathematics cultures are the value of moral education, aesthetic value and the value of thinking training. The characteristic of mathematics cultural atmosphere are creativity, connectivity and polymerized. In the third chapter, make a research of the current situation and the existing problem on building mathematics cultural atmosphere in the primary school through the questionnaire and interview. The fourth chapter is the core of the full paper. Based on researching the theory and analyze the problems, the author designs the strategy framework, and gives a interpret of the goals which teachers and students should achieve in each step of the framework. In the fifth chapter, test the accuracy and operability of the framework through the classroom experiment. The last chapter, summarizes the conclusions of this study, at the same time puts forward the further research direction.
