Employment is a major issue concerning the people’s livelihood, it not only affects the survival of a family, but also influence a country’s development, therefore, employment is an important issue of common concerning to all countries of the world.Early days, in order to improve the quality and productivity of higher education to develop the country, the reopening of the system, the degree of attention and the national college entrance examination entrance to the hearts of the country to change the concept of fate makes the number of participants in the annual college entrance examination showed an increasing trend. Especially since the 1999, the number of students into the school are increasing every year, the number of graduates is increasing year by year. However, decreasing the amount of labor enterprise, existing jobs can not meet the group after group of college graduates need to form a supply of graduates is greater than the demand for jobs situation.
