Investigation And Analysis On Undergraduates’ Employment Intension Of Agriculture And Forestry Economic Management Specialty

Since 1999 China adopted the college expansion plan, many colleges had been upgraded to undergraduate universities, but the jobs that our society provided for university graduates did not increase accordingly, thus the employment problem for university graduates is getting more and more serious.This paper took Xinjiang agricultural university’s agriculture and forestry economic management specialty as research subject, based on literature review and social investigations, expect to further understand the employment intention of Xinjiang agricultural university’s agriculture and forestry economic management specialty, on analysis of contradiction between students’ learning demand and university’s training mode, planned enrollment and demand of talent market, and puts forward specific solutions. Firstly, the paper introduced the research background, objective and significance, defined relevant concept, and summarized the research on universities’ training mode both at home and abroad;Secondly, analyzed the development status of agriculture and forestry economic management specialty;Thirdly, use EXCEL conduct statistical analysis on the data from questionnaire survey, and analyzed the cause for contradiction between students’ learning needs and university’s training mode, planned enrollment and demand of talent market; Finally, Based on results of analysis proposed some adjustment means hope to relief the contradiction between supply and demand, on government level demand platform of university talent market should be established, strengthen employment information feedback, realize the transformation from planned enrollment mode to directional plan enrollment mode; At the same time,college and university students need to improve comprehensive quality, change employment concept,actively carry out entrepreneurship activity; While on colleges and universities level they need to strengthen employment guidance and set up flexible major selection mechanism under market economic system.Therefore, this paper through making clear of training purpose, overlapping of discipline type to adapt to the development of market economic system, which will make the government, society and university system perfectly combine with each other, so as to resolve the problem of college students’ employment in agricultural and forestry economic management.
