| In recent years, the employment status of graduates in colleges and universities are paid fully attention in all kinds of our society. Graduate employment quality is the comprehensive category to judge graduates employment situation. The quality of graduates employment become a standard to reflect the quality of education in colleges and universities. In Xinjiang,the study of university students’ employment is mostly based on employment rate. Meanwhile the study focuses on the number and the channels of employment. However the systematic study and analysis on the employment quality is not so much.To study the problem of agricultural colleges and universities graduate employment quality, this article study on the following aspects: first, the connotation of the quality of graduates employment, the evaluation index and its influencing factors were summarized; Secondly, by comparing the employment situation in xinjiang agricultural university with the region,it showed that the biggest difference in unit employment nature is the rate of Non-public enterprise employment,it clarify that graduates of Xinjiang agricultural university can change employment idea to seek their own development timely. Third, this study based on the current situation of graduates employment in Xinjiang agricultural colleges, by the way of questionnaire to study relevant situation of Xinjiang agricultural university graduates employment and explore the job satisfaction of graduates. It makes the following conclusions: firstly, the employment satisfaction of agricultural class graduates is highest; Second, the employment satisfaction of male graduates is higher than female graduates; Third,Chinese graduates employment satisfaction is higher than minority graduates. In addition, this article uses the subentry measure quality of Xinjiang agricultural university graduates employment. It showed that graduates employment quality of Xinjiang agricultural university is 3.41. So it can be improve to some extent.Finally, the study concluded that main factors to affect the quality of agricultural colleges graduates employment. Then it puts forward some practical countermeasures and suggestions for improving the quality of agricultural colleges and universities of graduate employment and the suggestion for the government functional departments, university and employment service organization. |
