The problem of employment of university students, is not only an educational problem, but also an economic problem, more is a social problem, employment of graduates is an important working relationship between the school overall, is a system engineering school for college students. It relates to national economic development and social stability. In recent years, the employment issues highlighted, in order to better solve the problem of employment, University,government and society to participate actively in the work of university graduates employment management guidance.Based on the above understanding, this paper chooses students of Xinjiang Agricultural University as the research object, based on the domestic and foreign research on the analysis of the present situation of the employment of college students from Xinjiang Agricultural University,the overall situation, respectively to different majors, different gender, different nationalities,different degree in different levels of comparative analysis, found that from a professional point of view, engineering professional employment rate obviously good in agricultural and arts; in terms of gender, the employment situation of girls relative to boys more difficult, less employment channels of employment, should further expand; from the nationality, minority college graduates overall employment rate is still relatively low, a higher proportion of employment and flexible employment, further improve the quality; from the academic point of view, the Undergraduates’ employment the rate is higher than the graduate employment quality of graduate students is better,but. At the same time to conduct in-depth analysis of female college students and minority students employment situation. Found that the current existing in universities planning course regular occupation career has not been popular, schools and colleges do not pay enough attention and concern of university graduates employment work, entrepreneurship guidance is insufficient,quality is not high, college students employment concept and awareness of the existence of their own poor, poor comprehensive quality, employment expectations high, lack of initiative and occupation planning problems.Thirdly, aiming at the problem of the current employment situation and employment work of college students in Xinjiang Agricultural University, do a good job in the employment of college students of Xinjiang Agricultural University were mainly put forward from the university student overall, female college students, college students of ethnic minorities in such three aspects.Finally, separately from the school, the government and students of three different subjective level, put forward some countermeasures to promote the employment of University students.
