Research On Agricultural Graduate Students’ Desire Of Rural Entrepreneurship And Its Countermeasure

Graduate students of agriculture occupy a certain percentage of current overall number of graduate students in our country.They are closely related with the "three rural",have a profound theoretical depth agronomy and high technical level,are high-quality agricultural person who are able to promote agricultural science and technology innovation and service level.In building a new socialist countryside today’s times, in order to fundamentally improve the "three rural" situation, accelerate the completion of a comprehensive well-off society, we need to reaffirm the willingness of influencing factors of rural entrepreneurship agricultural graduate and postgraduate establish agricultural rural entrepreneurship measures to guide agricultural postgraduate back to the nest, and promote building a moderately prosperous society. At the same time, the development of modern agriculture and the demand for professionals in desperate times. Indeed, the correct understanding of the importance of agricultural and rural entrepreneurs will to graduate, foster and enhance the local agricultural postgraduate feelings to guide their return to villages, serve the grassroots, the needs of the situation is basically the pursuit of this article.To better understand the agricultural postgraduate entrepreneurial Willingness, the author of five agricultural colleges and universities nationwide, more than 200 agricultural postgraduate object, wishes to graduate entrepreneurial factors influence agricultural empirical analysis; survey data as the basis, the use of quantitative analysis of the internal forces(achieve self-worth, personal endowments and other factors), the external force(family expectations, school entrepreneurship education and guidance, entrepreneurial tendencies of public opinion on the guidance and other factors), graduate of the Agricultural rural entrepreneurial Intentions conduct research; and finally use spss software to establish Logistic regression models to explore the different factors and countermeasures in agricultural postgraduate entrepreneurship.Analysis found that:Agricultural graduate entrepreneurial willingness have some differences on personal endowments and self-worth,school factors,family factors,government policies have significant impacts on rural entrepreneurship,which have an incremental effect for predicting college students’ entrepreneurial willingness,can explain agricultural postgraduate level of rural entrepreneurs willingness.Therefore,according to the problem and the lack of research findings,it proposed the following measures:For government:Smoothly developing rural entrepreneurship policies enacted,increasing capital investment,expanding funding channels,in order to improve the business mechanism to protect the rural entrepreneurship.For social service agencies: strengthening school-enterprise docking to meet business needs,the use of multi-media campaigns,creating entrepreneurial atmosphere,but also playing the role of other service providers.For schools: playing the advantages of entrepreneurship courses and faculty, making full use of modern science and technology,expanding business channels,increasing rural entrepreneurship willingness.For the family: using organizational capital of the family, the advantages of cultural capital and economic capital,to provide logistical support,promote rural entrepreneurship started.For agricultural graduate itself: consolidating the foundation of “the thought” of Marxism,making the ideological and political education as a guide,training the ability of rural entrepreneurship.
