Revitalization Strategy,home entrepreneurship activities in rural areas show a vigorous development trend,stimulate the innovation and entrepreneurship creativity of the whole society,become an important “hub” to speed up the two-way flow of factors,and boost the high-quality development of agriculture and the continuous poverty alleviation of farmers.With the gradual integration of local industries and regional characteristics,a large number of mass entrepreneurship and grassroots entrepreneurship with Chinese characteristics have been born.Promoting the high-quality development of returning agricultural entrepreneurship has become an important way to increase the employment and income of farmers and prosperity of rural industry.“Good birds choose trees to live,cattle and sheep live by water and grass”.To build a good ecological environment for talents and ecological environment for entrepreneurship to provide habitat for entrepreneurial talents is the primary task to promote the high-quality development of returned agricultural entrepreneurship.Scholars generally pay attention to the fact that returning home agricultural entrepreneurship can increase farmers' income,and it will change with the change of entrepreneurial environment.However,most of the existing researches are based on the discussion of reality,and lack of in-depth study on the internal mechanism of environment and entrepreneurial talent growth and change.The growth of returning agricultural entrepreneurs(RAE)is a dynamic and socialized process,which needs continuous communication and integration with its ecological environment,and absorbs and transforms into favorable factors in this process.Obviously,the talent ecological environment is of great significance for the growth of returning agricultural entrepreneurs.In theory,the entrepreneurial activities of returning entrepreneurial talents are deeply influenced by the talent growth ecological environment and regional entrepreneurship interaction environment.A good talent ecological environment promotes the rapid growth of returning agricultural entrepreneurs,while the growth of returning agricultural entrepreneurs boosts the optimization of regional talent ecological environment,and the two promote each other.In reality,since ancient times,our country's cognition that “if an orange grows in Huainan,it means orange in Huaibei”.That is,the differences in external environment,such as nature,society and economy,will cultivate and create different ecological environment for talents' growth.Behind the increasing cost of talent introduction in different places,it is not only the competition of regional natural environment,but also the competition of institutional barriers and environmental protection,and it is also the competition of our country.The key and difficult problems of “agriculture,rural areas and farmers” to be solved before.Therefore,from the micro perspective of returning agricultural entrepreneurs,exploring the impact mechanism of talent ecological environment on their growth is helpful to fundamentally overcome the obstacles in the growth of returning agricultural entrepreneurs.Based on the theoretical and practical background,this paper takes the returning agricultural entrepreneurial talents who have a decisive role in entrepreneurial growth as the research object This paper focuses on the ecological environment level of Sichuan Province's talents returning home for agricultural entrepreneurship and its mechanism of action on the growth of returning agricultural entrepreneurship talents,so as to build a good regional entrepreneurship ecology and promote the sustainable growth of talents.Based on the review and reference of ecosystem theory,social capital theory,entrepreneurship theory,enterprise growth theory and Marxist talent theory,this paper takes 518 returning agricultural entrepreneurial talents in pilot and non pilot areas of Sichuan Province as examples,and constructs,evaluates and analyzes the growth of returning agricultural entrepreneurship talents by using group G1 entropy weight combination weighting method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method The level of ecological environment.Using structural equation model and multi group structural equation model,this paper analyzes the mechanism of “talent ecological environment on the growth and sustainable growth of returning agricultural entrepreneurs”:(1)Based on the statistics of returned agricultural entrepreneurial talents: Talents who return home to agricultural entrepreneurship are the majority.Agricultural entrepreneurs returning to their hometowns tend to be younger,and the 25?45-year-old young and middleaged labor force is the main force of entrepreneurship.Talents with high school and technical secondary school degrees are the most active groups returning to their hometowns for agricultural entrepreneurship.Agricultural entrepreneurs returning home are mainly“migrant workers” and s based on “planting industry”.Family-style “single fights”dominate entrepreneurship,and venture investment is conservative and the rate of return is low.From the statistical analysis of the ecological environment of sample growth: The families of agricultural entrepreneurs returning home have more financial support,and the ecological environment is generally better.However,the availability of commercial ecological credit is relatively poor,and the ability to drive the surrounding area is relatively weak;Social,ecological,cultural education and medical conditions are relatively weak.(2)The ecological environment for the growth of returning agricultural entrepreneurial talents is not high,and there are differences in different regions.The ecological environment for the growth of returned agricultural entrepreneurs is generally at a medium level,the ecological environment for the growth of entrepreneurs in pilot areas is higher than that in non-pilot areas,and there are obvious differences.There are significant differences in the ecological environment and external ecological environment between the pilot area and the non-pilot area,and there are significant differences between the Chengdu Plain Economic Zone and other locations.The evaluation level of ecological environment from each dimension is as follows: natural ecology?individual ecology?education ecology?family ecology?institutional ecology?social ecology?commercial ecology.There are significant differences between the pilot areas and non-pilot areas in the ecological environment of returning agricultural entrepreneurs.From the construction and inspection of the index system,the evaluation index system for the growth of entrepreneurial talents with returning agricultural entrepreneurs as the main evaluation is reasonable and effective.The group G1-entropy weight combination weighting and comprehensive index evaluation passed the reliability and validity test,and it has certain operability.(3)The effect of the ecological environment in the growth of returned agricultural entrepreneurial talents on the growth of talents is expressed as education ecology ?individual ecology?family ecology.The effect on the sustainable growth of talents is expressed as individual ecology ? family ecology ? education ecology.Specifically: the environmental perception and resource integration of returning agricultural entrepreneurial talents constitute a chain-type intermediary,which has a significant effect on the growth of returning agricultural entrepreneurs.Individual ecology influences the growth of returning agricultural entrepreneurs through the mediation of resource integration(sustainable growth),and directly affects the growth of returning agricultural entrepreneurs(sustainable growth).Family ecology plays a role in the growth of returning agricultural entrepreneurs through the intermediary of resource integration,and it has little effect on the sustainable growth of returning agricultural entrepreneurs.Environmental perception and resource integration constitute a chain intermediary between the education ecology and the growth of returning agricultural entrepreneurs(sustainable growth),and resource integration plays an intermediary role between the education ecology and the growth of talents(sustainable growth).Education Ecology directly affects the growth of agricultural entrepreneurs returning home.(4)The effect of the external ecological environment on the growth of talents in the growth of returning agricultural entrepreneurs is institutional ecology?social ecology?natural ecology?commercial ecology.The effect on the sustainable growth of talents is expressed as business ecology?social ecology?institutional ecology?natural ecology.That is,the business ecology acts on the growth of returning agricultural entrepreneurs through the intermediary of resource integration(sustainable growth);and the business ecology directly affects the sustainable growth of returning agricultural entrepreneurs.The environmental perception and resource integration of returning agricultural entrepreneurs constitute a chain-type intermediary.The system ecology plays a significant role in the growth of returning agricultural entrepreneurs,and the institutional ecology directly affects the growth of returning agricultural entrepreneurs(sustainable growth).The environmental perception and resource integration of returning agricultural entrepreneurs constitute a chain intermediary.The social ecology plays a significant role in the growth of returning agricultural entrepreneurs(sustainable growth),and the social ecology acts on the growth of returning agricultural entrepreneurs through the intermediary of resource integration(sustainable).Growth),while directly acting on the growth of returning agricultural entrepreneurs(sustainable growth).Natural ecology influences the growth of returning agricultural entrepreneurs(sustainable growth)through the intermediary effect of resource integration.(5)Regional attributes are the catalyst for the growth of returning agricultural entrepreneurs,and the talent growth ecological environment in the pilot area has a greater effect on the growth of returning agricultural entrepreneurs.The external control variables cultural level,the proportion of household labor force and gender significantly play a role in talent growth(sustainable growth),while age and entrepreneurial years have a negative effect on talent growth(sustainable growth).Therefore,the first pilot area should make full use of the advantages of location and entrepreneurial ecology,sum up the transferable experience and extend it to non-pilot areas to return to rural areas for agricultural entrepreneurship.(6)Combining with the law of minimum limiting factors,find the “short board” of limiting factors,optimize individual ecology,family ecology,education ecology,business ecology and social ecology,and focus on improving system ecology.Starting from the ecosystem for the growth of back-home agricultural entrepreneurs,government agencies,mature agricultural companies,financial institutions,scientific research institutions,entrepreneurial talents and other entities need to work together.Comprehensive considerations follow the basic principles of government-led,market and other financial institutions participation,and entrepreneurial talents as the main body,work together to build an optimized path for the ecological environment of returning agricultural entrepreneurs,and promote the sustainable development of returning agricultural entrepreneurs.Cultivate and develop the self-awareness of returning agricultural entrepreneurs to optimize the individual ecology of returning entrepreneurs.Attach importance to the environmental role of rural families in order to optimize the family ecology of returning entrepreneurial talents.Relying on the social co-construction of education mechanism,optimize the education ecology of returning entrepreneurial talents.Give full play to the government's macro-control functions and optimize the ecological environment of the agricultural entrepreneurship system.Improve financial services and social platforms,bridge the urban-rural security gap,and optimize entrepreneurial business and social ecology.The value and innovation of this article are mainly reflected in the following aspects:First,from the perspective of talent ecology and ecosystem theory,this paper constructs an ecological theoretical framework with internal logic consistency for the growth of returning agricultural entrepreneurial talents and talent ecological environment.To a certain extent,it expands the limitations of previous research on talent growth environment.This paper introduces the ecological thought to regard the growth of talents as the growth of biological individuals,explores the mechanism of the interaction between individuals and ecological environment,provides a clear theoretical analysis paradigm for the theoretical research of talent growth and sustainable growth,and expands the interdisciplinary thinking and analytical framework.Second,from the perspective of research,this paper explores the mechanism of ecological environment on talent growth from the perspective of micro subject of returning agricultural entrepreneurial talents,and provides a new idea for the research of ecological environment of talent growth.From the micro perspective of returning agricultural entrepreneurial talents,through the assumption premise based on the ecosystem theory,human capital theory,social capital theory and Marxist talent theory,the "real ecological world" of the growth of returned agricultural entrepreneurship talents is restored.By analyzing the external ecological environment and internal ecological environment,we can get the more important ecological factors affecting the growth of returning agricultural entrepreneurial talents.Third,in terms of research content,unlike previous studies in the field of entrepreneurial talents,the focus is from the external macro-ecological environment to the framework of the internal and external ecological environment.Under the analysis framework of talent ecosystem theory and talent growth theory,conduct empirical analysis from multiple dimensions of individual talent ecology,family ecology,education ecology,business ecology,institutional ecology,social ecology,and natural ecological environment to test the effect of ecological environment on human growth."Black box",in turn,helps to identify the effects of different ecological environments on the growth of returning agricultural entrepreneurial talents,and reveals the role of entrepreneurial ecology and talent ecology in rural areas for returning home to start businesses.
