The education of pharmacy in higher vocational education is good for pharmaceutical professional talents cultivation and the development of the pharmaceutical industry. The research explores employment-oriented university-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational education. The research can enrich the results of related fields. At the same time, the research can provide theoretical reference for the employment-oriented university-enterprise cooperation so as to promote pharmaceutical talents training work.The research makes surveys on the condition of the employment-oriented university-enterprise cooperation by questionnaire and interview. The research finds that the mode has made some achievements. Employment is connected with university-enterprise cooperation. At the same time, the schools set up the solid cooperation platform between colleges. However, the research also finds that the school-running mode also has certain deficiencies. First, it has a certain degree of disconnect cooperation between colleges and employment. Second, the professional teachers’ enthusiasm is not high. Third, enterprises do not play the role fully. Finally, the students’ professional quality is low.The emergence of university-enterprise cooperation has reasons from the schools, professional teachers and students. According to the analysis of the phenomenon, the research puts forward specific strategies to build the employment-oriented university-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational education.. Schools should realize the cooperation between colleges and employment, establish teachers’ participation in rewards and punishments system, focus on corporate interests, and perfect the construction of students’ professional quality. Professional teachers need to actively participate in university-enterprise cooperation in the mode and realize self-ability to ascend. Students should participate in the cooperation based on the employment, strengthen their professional quality and do the self-management.
