A Study On School-enterprise Cooperation In Higher Vocational Colleges And Its Impact On Students' Employment

In recent years,China has made remarkable achievements in the field of infrastructure construction,with the rapid development of expressways and high-speed railways.Traffic mileage and construction quality are at a high level in the world,and have won universal praise from all sides of the world.In particular,the opening of high-speed rail,"China speed" is a good proof of China's railway industry.Under the guidance of the development strategy of "one belt and one road",the future of China's transportation development is immeasurable.However,along with the rapid development,some problems and contradictions also appear,especially the supply of professional and technical talents has been difficult to meet the objective needs of rapid development.In this period,SXTL vocational schools with special specialty and traffic infrastructure as the main part are unprecedented opportunities for development.In the decades since its establishment,SXTL Higher Vocational School has provided a large number of professionals for the construction of the national transportation field.SXTL Vocational College has rich experience in personnel training,and has considerable strength and scale in school-enterprise cooperation.However,in the face of such a rapid development and change of the external environment,the past advantages and teaching mode will inevitably be inconsistent with the actual situation,which also brings severe challenges to the future development of SXTL vocational schools.In addition,the employment situation is becoming more and more serious.In the face of these opportunities and challenges,it is particularly important for higher vocational colleges to strengthen school-enterprise cooperation and improve the employment rate of students.This paper takes SXTL higher vocational school as the research object.On the basis of the theory of supply and demand and demand level,it makes an analysis of SXTL higher vocational school's school-enterprise cooperation and students' employment status by using the methods of literature analysis,questionnaire survey and case analysis.SWOT analysis is used to discuss the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and challenges of SXTL school-enterprise cooperation.Through questionnaires combined with the actual situation,this paper empirically analyzed the impact of school-enterprise cooperation on students' employment.Based on the problems found in the research process of this paper,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.Through the research of this paper,we can find that there are some common problems in the employment of secondary school students in Higher Vocational colleges,such as gender discrimination,low proportion of continuing to study and entrepreneurship,discrepancy between specialty and employment direction,etc.There are also some disadvantageous factors for students' employment in school-enterprise cooperation,such as lack of long-term mechanism,poor training effect,unreasonable curriculum setting and so on.In order to promote the continuous strengthening of school-enterprise cooperation,the following aspects can be carried out: the formulation of rules and regulations for school-enterprise cooperation,the establishment of internship bases in schools,and the construction of "double-qualified" teachers.To improve the employment rate of students,we can cultivate students' comprehensive quality,establish students' awareness of career planning,strengthen skills training,and promote the continuing education of students' academic qualifications.Of course,for the same type of Higher Vocational colleges,this paper also has a certain reference significance.
