Teacher’s personal philosophy of education as a caring teacher development theory, is teachers who obtain good mentality and improve their quality of life, is the internal driving force to promote the development of teachers. It can help teachers to know oneself, establish the foundation of setting and working, promote the correct education ideas and innovative potential. At the same time, it also can enable teachers to find the true essence of education and get the "teaching" of happiness. American educational philosopher Soltis once said: As everyone should have personal life philosophy, teachers also should have personal philosophy of education. It can make teachers clear what is right, good and worthwhile.Primary and secondary teachers in basic education stage play an important role.They shoulder the important responsibility of students growth, reform and development of basic education. However, the current primary and secondary teachers with more experience for the present situation of the education teaching, are hindering the formation of personal philosophy of education and inhibiting the formation of the rational education thinking, reflection and the critical spirit. In addition, in view of primary and secondary teachers’ living condition and the requirements for teacher professional development, so the thesis chose from primary and secondary teachers to construct their personal philosophy of education. It is divided into four parts as following:Part one, it is an introduction to elaborate the reason of choosing the theme topics, the research significance, as well as making research literature review on the comments and discussion of teacher’s personal education philosophy. It also includes research ideas and methods. Methods employed include literature analysis, investigation and narrative inquiry, its aim is to reviewing teachers’ education philosophy theory through teaching practice, in contrast, reviewing primary and secondary teachers’ practice and cognition through the deep thinking of the theory.Part two, is the implications of teacher’s personal philosophy of education. First of all, this part starts from the literal sense of education philosophy which focuses on the integrity of the Person in educational activities and the original meaning of life existence, define the connotation of teacher’s personal philosophy of education. Secondly, it puts forward the four levels of structures in the personal philosophy of education on the basis of the existing research production and educational activities of the primary and secondary school teachers. At the same time, it illustrates the influence on reality combing the existing disadvantages and advantages of the research production, so as to provide support for the establishment of the content. Finally, illustrates the characteristics of teacher’s personal philosophy of education.Part three, based on the connotation of teacher’s personal philosophy of education, the thesis states the value of the primary and secondary teachers personal philosophy of education to teacher, student, and school development.Part four, is the construction of primary and secondary teacher’s personal philosophy of education. This part constructs from taking Soltis’ educational philosophy pattern and the importance of individual educational philosophy as theoretical foundation of research. Combined with teacher’s personal educational philosophy connotation, it proposes the value orientation of primary and secondary teacher’s personal philosophy of education, principles and effective pathways.
