Teacher's personal philosophy of education,as a practical philosophy,is not only the acme of wisdom of teacher's educational life,but also the teacher's fundamental basis for teachers.Just as everyone has their own philosophy of life,teachers should also have a personal philosophy of education.As a set of teachers unique education beliefs,teacher's personal philosophy of education can help teachers to reflect on their teaching experience,to recognize the major issues of principle in the field of education,and to find the true meaning of education and access to teaching happiness.However,viewing the current educational reality,many teachers indulge in repetitive,given teaching experience and lose originating reflection and questioning for many educational problems,which undoubtedly hindered the generation of teacher's personal educational philosophy.At present,the research on the generation of teacher's personal philosophy of education will help to respond to the demands of teachers' professional development from teachers' professional accomplishment to the way,which is of great significance to promote the reform of education.The topic of this research is the generation of teacher's personal philosophy of education.It is guided by the qualitative study on the research methods,on the basis of the theory to explore with the analysis of teacher's personal histories to perspective the generation of the teacher's personal philosophy of education.This study is divided into the following four parts.The first part is the introduction.This paper analyzes the present situation of the research on the individual education philosophy of teachers from research perspective,research contents and conclusions at home and abroad,and the author expounds the research purpose,ideas and research methods of teacher's personal education philosophy at home and abroad.The second part is the theoretical explanation of teachers' personal philosophy of education.First of all,the paper interprets the theory of individual education philosophy of teachers from the theoretical basis and the reality of the two aspects and tries to answer whether there exists so-called“teacher's philosophy of personal education” Secondly,from the definition of educational philosophy,this paper analyzes and summarizes the definition of teacher's individual education philosophy,and further explains the connotation of teacher's individual education philosophy from the aspects of teachers' educational practice,subjective personality and the relationship with other types of educational philosophy.Thirdly,This paper defines the contents of the philosophy of individual education from the three dimensions of educational ontology,educational subject theory and educational operation,and sets up the logical framework for the development of case study.Finally,the paper discusses the characteristics of teachers' personal philosophy of education,it's the unity of philosophy and education,the unity of individuality and sociality,and the unity of rationality and emotionality.The third part is the case study of teachers' personal philosophy of education from the perspective of life history.The thesis chooses a teacher to carry on the realistic investigation to the individual education philosophical view from the perspective of the individual life history of the teacher.Firstly,the paper discusses the research design,and makes a brief explanation of the implementation process of the case study,including the selection and determination of the research object,the entry of the research site,the collection and collation of the research data,the analysis and presentation of the research conclusion.Secondly,the author describes the key individuals and key events in depth from teachers' teaching life,study life,family life and other aspects of their personal life history,and to extract and sum up the individual education philosophy of the case.Finally,the specific analysis of the generation characteristics,process and influencing factors of teachers' personal philosophy of education are provided.The fourth part is the teacher's personal education philosophy generation proposal.On the basis of the above research,this paper puts forward the value orientation of the teacher's individual education philosophy and thinks that the generation of teacher's individual education philosophy should be derived from the life of teachers,practicing and committing the practice and engaging in life.Finally,the paper,from the three dimensions of teachers themselves,educational experts and scholars,make suggestions on the generation of teachers' personal education philosophy.
