Since the reform and opening up, secondary vocational education has received more and more government’s attention with the needs of the development of economy and society. As the main object of vocational education are the students that fail in the entrance examination to the senior high school, their learning capacity, learning attitude, behavior and moral education are mostly in the middle and lower levels. How to resolve the problem of moral education for the students in secondary vocational school is the responsibility of the head teacher. As the leader, manager and organizer of the class, the head teacher is the key person to execute the national education policy which emphasizes "Educating people is origin, while moral education is the first". Therefore, through the studying of own successful experience and combining with the works of other outstanding head teachers, the author considers to summarize and promote some of the working experience.First of all, in the aspect of how to treat the secondary vocational students, the author mainly proposes three prominent relationships that the head teacher needs understand deeply and they are the relationships of "the starting line and the finishing line", "screw and engine"and "the stars and the moon". Only when the head teachers can understand the inner link between the triple relations that can they treat their works and the students with a viewpoint of development. And they can be ready to become a head teacher of secondary vocational school in mind. Then, the author expounds that as a excellent head teacher, one should have the logos of class management and this logos must accord with the national education policy and the characters of students and teachers of secondary vocational school. As a young head teacher, the author takes the concepts of love and wisdom as the class management, and this logos is obtained from the summarizing of the own experience and learning from the works of other outstanding head teachers. Thus, this logos is a general idea that has a certain extension. Lastly, the author researches two aspects of head teacher’s work around the concept of class managements. One side is how to grasp the work of the main aspects of principal contradiction and conflict. There is no doubt that moral education must be in the first place. For solving the problem of moral education, the head teacher must set an example by his own action and observe carefully and pay attention to the good faith education. The author expatiate this problem form three aspects combining with his own experience. The other side is how to realize the class management with system optimization. Because only realizing the forward development of the whole class, the head teacher could achieve the all-round development of individuals. Among these, they include how to choose and cultivate the class cadre, how to deal with some class contradictions, and how to do the whole class’s moral education imperceptibly and so on.
