Teacher education is a hot topic in contemporary educational research; teacher professionalization is basic orientation of teacher educational development in 21st century. Academe attaches importance to teacher professionalization in recent years gradually. The research about the teachers' growth and development in great quantities flow out now. The thesis tries to carry out the research about The Construction of teachers' personal philosophy of teaching and teaching professional development.The research about philosophy of teaching has two inclinations at least: The first is discipline oriented, the second is ideology oriented. If we analysis from the ideology-oriented philosophy of teaching, the teacher also has own unique philosophy of teaching, the teachers' teaching practice is to be in progress guided by own philosophy of teaching. Both the home and abroad have certain researches about teachers' philosophy of teaching and conception of teaching. Our country is in starting phase about the research about the teachers' personal philosophy of teaching. "Teachers' Personal Philosophy of Teaching" has not won sufficient attention and systematic research. Therefore, teachers' personal philosophy of teaching ought to be bringing forward, attention, studied and discussed as an important field in the research about the teacher professionalization.Teachers' personal philosophy of teaching refers to under a certain society history culture background, in the daily life, the practice of educating and teaching and the study of special field theory, basing on the subjective cognition about the students' developed characteristic and the educational law, form the basic viewpoints and views with regard to teaching as a complicated phenomenon, these viewpoints and views have impact teachers judge the teaching phenomenon and carrying out the teaching behavior directly, and have playing orientation and adjust the development of conception of teaching and norm teaching behavior, It is a consistent, systematical, theoretical teaching view. It is that the teachers' value inquiry and ideal to the teaching, the concentrated representation and main indication of teachers' educational view and the methodology. The standard of teaching professionalize is composed of teachers' professional knowledge, professional skill, professional affection and professional wisdom. Development of teaching profession has important significance, teaching profession's development is the aim and direction of teacher career professionalize, is the need of education's development, is the necessary demand of teacher profession. Teaching profession's development put forward a new challenge and request to the teacher: 1.Change a role; 2. Need to have higher professional ethics; 3. Improving professional knowledge level, advancing the professional ability; 4. Renew conception, participating in curriculum's construction and exploitation actively; 5. Improve the ability to applying IT; 6. Improve academic level and researching ability unceasingly, broaden academic field.The teacher as a professional staff, wish to carry out own academic development, it is necessary to obtain own distinctive conception about the profession. Individualized philosophy of teaching is the core of teaching profession's development. Forming the individualized philosophy of teaching is a necessary demand of teaching profession's development. The construction of teachers' personal philosophy of teaching run through teachers' entire occupation career. The formation and construction of teachers' personal philosophy of teaching is beneficial to improve teacher attention, rethink and research the educational practice, is beneficial to guide the teaching profession's development much better, accordingly, promote carry out the educational practice effectively, lay good foundation for the healthy harmonious development of teachers themselves, learner and human society.
