Mathematical word problems is the emphases and difficulties of primary school mathematics education field, using mathematical knowledge in to the actual is the first step for primary school students. In this study, high grade students in primary school are the research object, from the grade, gender, academic achievement and problem difficulty to investigate high grade students solve different statement and different digital representations of mathematical word problems and problematic problem.Attempt to study the adaptation of mathematical word problems to provide an empirical basis for the current new curriculum reform, and provide a reference for the math teachers’ teaching work. The conclusions of this study are as follows:Conclusion one, in the process of mathematical word problems solving, rewrite the statement can improve students’ problem solving performance in a certain extent; rewrite the statement to help juniorstudents more; to help girls more than boys; the academic achievement of students help more obvious adverse. Conclusion two, different digital representations could influence students’ problem solving performance, the scores of Arabia digital representation of mathematical word problems is higher than Chinese digital representation of mathematical word problems’;as the grade raised, the students’ ability to extract Chinese digital increased, and the difference between Chinese digital representation mathematical word problems and Arabia digital representation of mathematical word problems is gradually narrowing;no matter Chinese digital representation of mathematical word problems or Arabia digital representation of mathematical word problems solving performance, boys are better than girls; The higher of students’ academic achievement, the higher of their ability to extract Chinese digital representation and Arabia digital representation. Conclusion three, without prompt situation the percentage of students in high grade of primary school in our country corrected solved problematic problems is 36.2%and the percentage of students corrected solved problematic problems with prompt situation is 48.6%;in the course of solving problematic problem, prompt situation can effectively improve students’ answer scores;with or without prompt situation,as the grade raised the students’ answer scores improved;prompt situation has a verysignificant effect to improve the fourth grade students’ answer scores, with the higher grade, the help effect decreases gradually;with or without prompt situation, girls’ answer scores is higher than boys’,prompt situation has a very significant effect to improve girls’ answer scores;with or without prompt situation, the higher of students’ academic achievement, the higher of their answer scores.prompt situation has a very significant effect to improve general students’ answer scores.
