Since ancient times, people’s understanding of the role of teachers is located in the preaching, Tuition, FAQ and teaching. With the development of society, the reform of teaching methods and learning styles, and implementing cooperative learning in the world scale, the connotation of the role of the teacher is constantly expansion. In cooperative learning, teachers should play a designer, ready, organizers guide, managers,partners, reflection, facilitator role. Whenever teachers equals chief’s role can not be digested. In observation of actual classroom teaching, interviews, and a survey of teachers found the process of recognition of cooperative learning in the concept level.But in the actual teaching, teachers play a role in not in place or even absence.In the actual teaching of cooperative learning, the teachers has played a teacher tasted, indeed, calling the shots, the shuttle in teaching runner role. Action as a "dwarf in action" in practice. Teachers ought to play a role in not in place or even the absence of reason is that teachers still can not get rid of a lot of knowledge transfer model of teaching doctrine industry. Teachers teach more in teaching, speaks much. So the conflict of lack time occurs in cooperative learning. Second, the presence of the teacher during teaching cooperative learning deviation. Fourth, The students strongly dependent on the teacher and the awareness of active learning is not strong.Fifth, the students hasn′t learnt cooperative learning.Teachers and students are the main teaching activities. In order to ensure that teachers in cooperative learning in full, we have to work hard from both teachers and students. First, teachers should study to solid foundation internally and externally.Second, teachers should be enhanced collaborative learning experience. Third, teach students cooperative learning methods. Fourth, teachers ought to believe that students dare to let go. Fifth, students have to take the initiative habits. Sixth, deal with the relationship between independent learning and cooperative learning.
