In recent years, education has been highly valued and its importance is stressed by our nation and Party. Even many major congresses, including 18 th CPC National Congress, Third Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee, Forth Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee and Two Sessions, pay attention to education problem. Few issues now call forth a more heated discussion than this topic. Education in China has achieved its improvement, and fosters increasingly interdisciplinary talents for socialist modernization drive, in that the whole country takes this issue seriously. However, there are some obstacles; emotional abuse on high school the writer explored is one of the considerable phenomena, which hinder education growth.The whole thesis is divided into four chapters.Chapter One is to introduce the definition of emotional abuse and its main categories, that is make a comparatively rational interpretation of emotional abuse and list out its main types: language emotional abuse, behavior emotional abuse, system emotional abuse, body language abuse and opinion emotional abuse, etc.Chapter Two is to make a clear interpretation of emotional abuse on high-school campus. It will adopt the method of questionnaire and interview to analyze the current situation of emotional abuse on high-school campus, concluding that emotional abuse is can be found on high-school campus. Then it will introduce the four major harms brought by emotional abuse: to hinder the development of students’ healthy personality; not being good for the development of teachers’ comprehensive ability; to be harmful for the cultivation of healthy relationship between teachers and students, etc; to prevent the formation of harmonious society.Chapter Three mainly explores the reasons why emotional abuse happens on high-school campus, which come from society, school, family, teacher and student, etc. and argues that only after summarizing the reasons of emotional abuse can we take measures to decrease and even eliminate emotional abuse.The key point of the fourth chapter is to analyze the main methods to handle emotional abuse from the aspects of station, society, school, parents, teacher, student, and etc. The last chapter will summarize the main points and conclude the arguments of the whole thesis. Firstly, related laws and regulations should be improved, perfecting the current education system. Secondly, a healthy social environment needs to be cultivated to respecting and caring our teachers. Thirdly, for the schools, a healthy campus environment needs to be cultivated through developing quality education and organizing mental health education activities, etc. Fourthly, for parents, they are supposed to pay high attention to children’s mental health, not shifting responsibilities totally to schools and teachers. Fifthly,for teachers, they need to reflect on how to help students to improve themselves scientifically, and improve the law consciousness during the teaching process. Sixthly, for students, they should try to develop mental health, improving safeguard legal consciousness.To avoid or eliminate campus emotional abuse can not be achieved by any single party or within a short time. It needs a set of countermeasure principles which are supposed to be more compresenvie, scientiful and effective, and the common effort of our whole society to prevent the development of emtional abuse at the very beginning.
