With the continuous improvement of living standards,the number of obese people is increasing every day,the variety of diseases caused by obesity to people's health has brought a great threat,and the health issues become a matter of great concern to the community.In August 2016,Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee passed the "Health China 2030 Planning Outline" by deliberation,The outline mainly states the health is the condition of economic and social development,it's the inevitable requirements to promote the comprehensive development,and it's also an important symbol of the national and country's prosperity.In addition,female college students are an important part of the national youth,in its scope occupies a considerable proportion.Simultaneously,they also nurtured and influenced the next generation.Therefore,studying the physical condition of female college students,and developing appropriate weight loss measures,it can not only promote the healthy development of female college students' physical and mental health,but also promote the overall level of social improvement.Previous studies on weight loss are mostly long and low-intensity aerobic exercise,but there has not yet tried to study other intensity of the exercise.And some scholars believe that in the case of physical conditions permit,large intensity intermittent movement is more conducive to total energy consumption with the characteristics of accelerated fat mobilization,this can achieve a better effect on weight loss.Therefore,through experimental were conducted to verify the weight loss effect of two different intensity aerobics exercise prescriptions,It can provide some reference to the future obese people with scientific weight loss and fitness.This study uses literature,experiment,measure,mathematical statistics and other research methods to explore the effect of different intensity aerobics exercise prescription on female college students' weight loss.The main conclusions are as follows.First,the study found that both the high-intensity intermittent training group or the low-intensity continuous training group on female college students have a significant effect of weight loss.Different intensity of aerobics exercise prescription can help improve the female college students' body circumference,While reducingweight and reducing waist,abdomen and leg's fat at the same time,it can also make the chest circumference remain unchanged or even rising trend,and the certain stretch can also improve the height of female college students.It can also improve female students' BMI and WHR,at the same time it can also make female college students have a healthy body composition changes.After training,the two groups of female college students have significantly improved with the basis of metabolism.Secondly,it can be seen through experiments that the high intensity intermittent training group had a significant effect compared with the low intensity continuous training group with the aspects of reduced the weight of female college students,reduced the thigh circumference or arm's circumference,improved the female students BMI and WHR,reduced fat and increased muscle and improved the basis of college students metabolism.Finally,in order to make sure that people who lose weight are more efficient and safer in the process of losing weight,the exercise weight loss can be done by using high intensity intermittent exercise prescriptions,at the same time it can also make weight loss have a high interest in exercise.
