With the development of the economy and the great change of society,the obesity population has increased rapidly in the world.Obesity,diabetes,hyperlipidemia,heart disease and other modern diseases have seriously threatened the health of modern people.Obesity has become the number one enemy affecting human health.Among them,the obesity rate of young men is the most obvious.Young people are the mainstay of the society,and their health is very important to the state and society.As we all know,exercise is the best way to lose weight and improve the quality of the body.But the way to lose weight and improve the physical fitness of the body is different.At present,there are many theories about aerobic exercise,resistance training and high intensity intermittent exercise,but there are few practical and practical researches.Subjects and methods:in this paper,40 young male obese men in a fitness club were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group took 90 minutes,4 times a week,8 weeks of intermittent high intensity exercise combined with resistance exercise,and the main training for exercise was to reduce weight,fat content(BF)and waist hip ratio(WHR).High body mass parameters(BMI).The control group used aerobic exercise combined with resistance exercise.Results:after 8 weeks of intermittent high intensity exercise combined with resistance exercise,the weight loss of the experimental group was 8.25±0.26(kg)for the whole 8 weeks,which was 1.48±0.03(kg)more than that of the control group.The reduction of BMI in the experimental group was 2.65±0.08(kg/m~2),2.64±0.07(kg/m~2)times higher than that in the control group.The results are as follows:(1)the two exercise prescriptions of aerobic exercise combined with resistance training and high intensity exercise combined with resistance training can effectively reduce body weight and body fat of young male obese people.(2)the same exercise time,intermittent high intensity exercise combined with resistance movement in reducing the weight,body fat,BMI,waist to hip ratio of young male obese people is obviously better than that of aerobic exercise combined with resistance exercise prescription.(3)both can effectively reduce the heart rate and blood pressure of young men with obesity,but the effect is not significant.
