Research On The Recognition Path Of Social Work Institution In The View Of The Recognition Theory

With the development and expansion of social work, social work institutions play an important role in our country society, economy, politics, culture, as condensation of social work talent resources, provide professional services, social work transfer platform and the carrier of social welfare. Social management system innovation and development gives the social work institutions a power in the social governance, and the development of the social environment has improved significantly. However, the vast majority of social work institutions are founded under the government’s advocacy from the top down,relying on financial support to carry out services, according to the specific service in to different areas, social work institutions have low social recognition and weak fundamental localized. It is important for social work institutions in how to effectively integrate national social resources, to provide quality services, to get acknowledge and accept, in the stage of development. Therefore, the development and expansion of social work organization is how to get the essence of recognition. Recognition theory is that the body needs to achieve mutual recognition of different subjects, gain self subjectivity gradually in an interactive process. This article is gonging to analysis social work organization how to obtain recognition of subjectivity.This research adopts qualitative research and extension case research method, discusses how social work agencies to gain recognition. The road to admit is the main body of different interaction and interactive process, including the government, institutions as well as the service object itself. It is not only the micro level initiative behavior, but also the result of constraints and promotions from government level system specification. Through participatory observation and in‐depth interviews this study tries to present the social work institution how to build and promote each other, realize the subjectivity.The study found that the course of A social work institutions admitted is gradually deepening, service groups, government agencies and institutions within the social worker on acceptance and recognition of social work institutions with different characterization, at the same time, external recognition and self‐acceptance subject is constant interaction, realizes deep recognition, and presents a mutual structure evolution trend. Through research and analysis, A social work organization in the process of recognition plays subjectivity actively, and uses a variety of development strategy to push the development of social work institutions, including gradually realizing the coordinated development of with the government, weakening the dependence, enhancing the ability of cooperation and strength; Service oriented development strategy, based on the service object to provide targeted and characteristic service; linking social resources to establish development agency partners and Paying attention to the social work comprehensive quality and ability to increase the self‐realization. A social work institutions still has some problems in the development, such as lack of funds, weak institutional capacity, low social awareness and asymmetrical relationship with the government, that will hinder the social work institutions in A further recognition and development. Therefore, this article put forward countermeasures accordingly from the policy, and the institution itself.
