Research On The Action Strategies Of Private Social Work Institutions In Underdeveloped Areas From The Perspective Of Recognition Theor

Private social work institutions are an important part of social organizations,an important carrier for delivering social welfare and providing social services,and an important force for participating in social governance and promoting social construction in concert.In recent years,under the impetus of national policy documents,the development of social work in our country has been accelerating,but the overall development of social work in my country still shows that the development of the eastern developed regions is fast and the service capacity is strong,while the development of the central and western regions is slow and the service capacity is slow.Weak imbalance.The establishment and development of private social work institutions needs to be recognized by the government,service groups,and social work practitioners.The backward economic and social development in post-development areas hinders the recognition of private social work institutions.How private social work institutions in post-development areas strive for recognition and development becomes the focus of this paper.Institution A is the only private social work institution registered in H County,an old revolutionary base area in Shanxi Province.Institution A has overcome many obstacles such as economic backwardness,lack of talents,and low social identity,and has promoted the smooth development of practical social work for young people.,schools,etc.to establish a stable cooperative relationship.In this context,taking Institution A as a case,it has certain practical and theoretical significance to explore what kind of establishment and development process A has gone through,and what action strategy has been adopted to promote the development of the institution.Based on the author’s in-depth research on Institution A,this paper collects data through literature,interview,and participatory observation methods,and conducts in-depth research on the process of the institution’s establishment,exploration and operation,and seeking professional development.The above questions are answered.This paper finds that the establishment and development process of institution A is actually a process of seeking recognition.Institution A has adopted different action strategies in different stages of establishment and development,and promoted the institution to achieve from formal recognition to substantive recognition.In the start-up stage,institutions focus on adopting relationship-building-oriented action strategies and seek to obtain a legal identity;in the exploratory stage,agencies focus on adopting image-building-oriented action strategies,establishing agency provision among social work practitioners,the government,and service groups.The image of social service;in the development period,it focuses on seeking service professionalism to obtain substantive recognition.A series of action strategies,such as phased adjustment,progressive recognition,and all-round linking of resources displayed by Institution A,make up for the lack of government service purchasing ability and resource shortage in H county in post-development areas.The development of social work institutions provides a path option.However,it cannot be ignored that the independent action of the A institution still cannot change the status quo of the backward economic and social development of H County,which makes the A institution only develop in a small and refined form.More input and attention are needed.
