| As a platform and carrier for condensing social work talent resources,providing social work professional services and transmitting social welfare,social work plays an important role in the process of China’s social,economic,political and cultural development.However,social work as an "imported product",coupled with its short development time in China,so that its social recognition is low.Therefore,how to make full use of the resources provided by the government and optimize its own service mode in the development of institutions,so as to obtain the recognition of the external subjects of institutions,has become an important task in the current development stage of social work.It can be said that the essence of the development and growth of social work institutions is the process of recognition.Therefore,researchers analyze the development process of W institution from the perspective of recognition theory to deeply understand the path of W institution’s recognition.This study mainly focuses on field research.It conducts a case study on W institution in Jinshui District,Zhengzhou City,Henan Province,focusing on the process of W institution’s recognition.Therefore,the researcher adopts participatory observation to deeply observe the interaction between social workers and service objects.At the same time,the researcher conducted in-depth interviews with 15 founders,front-line social workers and service objects of W institution,It tries to deeply show the process of recognition of social work institutions in the process of development.It is found that the recognition process of W organization is gradually deepened and active.First of all,it has formed its own recognition in management system,organizational capacity and resources.Secondly,it actively recognizes the subjectivity of the government,clients and other institutions.Finally,it has been recognized by external subjects.This is a process of recognition that goes up circularly.Although W organization has been initially recognized and accepted in the process of development,it is undeniable that W organization still has some problems of insufficient recognition in its development,such as facing "demand-oriented" to "resource-oriented",the professional obstruction of social workers,the cooperative crisis between social workers and social work organizations,and new crises such as administrative tendency,unequal demand,estrangement between inside and outside the industry,etc.Therefore,this study puts forward the corresponding problem-solving countermeasures from the government level,the social work organization level and the service object level for reference. |
