Along with the advancing of senior high school curriculum reform, Chinese high school curriculum reform has achieved the periodic achievements.The basic and the s elective content of the modren curriculum has played an important role.But because o f the "influence of entrance doctrine", examination still exits,the high school classroo m is just as a "work factoey", the teacher became the line on the "workers", the student s became the "products".The long-standing tradition in the certain degree has seriousl y hindered the the effective implementation of the new curriculum reform, leading to high school classroom appear crisis. Therefore, the importance of classroom reform in senior high school is becoming increasingly prominent, and the evaluation of classro om teaching is a very important link in the reform of the classroom, classroom teachin g evaluation not only pays attention to the student learning and development, but also can promote the professional development of teachers.Secondly, in order to study more deeply, the research combed the relevant literat ure and then based on the study of the theory,the paper put forward the process and m ethods of this study. From the principal, the teachers and students as three aspects, res earcher entered the school,through observation, interview and questionnaire to do a de pth study of classroom teaching evaluation of T high school and selected 8 teachers, 1vice president and 1 Dean in-depth interviews,choose 87 teachers and 289 students d o the questionnaire survey from the high school,selected 9 students to interview. And find the main problem of the current high school classroom teaching evaluation are th e weak of teachers teaching evaluation concept, lack of evaluation of classroom teachi ng language behavior; the single classroom teaching evaluation language.The reasons of these problems are the effect of light of learning, the school teaching evaluation sys tem,the lack of evaluation awareness and the feature of high school classroomFinally, in view of the high school classroom teaching evaluation,the paper rethi nks from the three aspects of "college entrance examination culture", the school classr oom teaching evaluation system and the evaluation of teachers view.So we should rea lize the importance of high school classroom teaching evaluation, the evaluation of classroom teaching and we should combine the final evaluation and formative evaluatio n,and establish a diversified, dynamic, and developed evaluation for the students.Based on the situation, this paper first put forward the problem of teaching evalu ation from the ordinary high school classroom, to clarify the research purpose and sig nificance. High school curriculum reform program clearly establish new curriculum e valuation system so that the evaluation can become the process of a student developm ent and become a developmental evaluation.but we often hear the sound of the compla ints from teachers and students.The teachers think that the present evaluation of classr oom restricts the curriculum reform,at the same time,the students feel the teacher’s cl assroom lack the vitality of life.The classroom is still like 10 years ago.What is high s chool classroom teaching evaluation ?What kind of classroom teaching in senior high school we need ?Considering these problems, this study tries to study on the evaluatio n of classroom from the particularity and current situation of junior high school.
