In today’s world, each subject highly differentiated while appearing integration, crossing and a wide variety of interdisciplinary groups appeared at the same time. "Ordinary high school biology curriculum standard(Experiment)"(here in after referred to as the "standard"), emphasizes the curriculum on biology in senior high school should conform to the requirements of the times, so does with the settings of the subjects. "A new generation of science education standards of USA" thinks that students should have a wealth of scientific knowledge and the ability to adapt to the modern society, instead of a certain professional knowledge and skills. Biology in senior high school is a subject of science learning field, biological curriculum is closely contact with the subject of current chemistry, physics etc. There are many interdisciplinary between them. This kind of phenomenon means that biological curriculum is conformed to the integrated trend in current science. This laid the foundation for the interdisciplinary knowledge teaching in biology classes of senior high school.In this study, the biology obligatory 1 of senior high school in People’s Education Press is used as carrier. The author try to find out the intersections between senior high school biology obligatory 1 and chemistry, physics, clarify the relationship between these points of intersection and the progress of biology teaching. In order to make the best choice for teachers in the teaching process and to avoid the phenomenon of "kicking the ball" or repeat teaching. And also the author attempts to apply the interdisciplinary knowledge to the teaching practice of senior high school biology in obligatory 1, in order to explore the effect by the significance migration of physical and chemical knowledge in biology teaching in the rural senior high schools, and also tries to provide some references to the practice of interdisciplinary knowledge teaching on the subject or other subjects.Take the students in grade two classes(11) 、(12) of Minxian XX middle school as the research object, using the interdisciplinary knowledge teaching way in relevant sections of obligatory 1. The research methods in this article are literature method, inductive method, interview method, observation method and case analysis method. In the teaching practice, the interdisciplinary knowledge teaching was applied in the new class inducts, heavy and difficult breakthrough, biology experiment teaching and interdisciplinary thematic teaching with the form of case teaching, in order to investigate the relationship between the application of interdisciplinary knowledge and students’ classroom participation, classroom teaching effect, ability of learning transfer and innovation ability. Finally, through the paper-based testing, classroom observation scale of students, the small piece of paper that students wrote after classes, Research shows that: Interdisciplinary knowledge teaching in rural senior high school biology classes can improve the participation of students in the classroom; help to improve the effect of classroom teaching; help students to improve the ability of learning transfer; cultivate students’ innovation ability in a certain extent.
