| Nowadays,with the rapid development of human society and science and technology,there are more and more intersections and overlaps among disciplines,which increases the demand for interdisciplinary talents in every field.Especially in the field of life science,which is very important for human survival,the demand for medical and industrial interdisciplinary talents has been increasing in recent years.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the development and talent training of frontier emerging disciplines and medical-engineering crossing disciplines However,there are still many challenges and problems in the cultivation of medical-engineering crossing graduates in China due to its short practice time and the lack of experience.This paper attempts to analyze the current situation and existing problems of cultivating medical-engineering crossing graduates in China,and on the basis of learning from foreign experience,put forward targeted suggestions,in order to provide reference for improving the cultivation of medical engineering cross graduates in China.Firstly,this paper reviews the related fields such as interdisciplinary,interdisciplinary personnel training,medical-engineering interdisciplinary personnel training,and puts forward the framework of medical engineering interdisciplinary postgraduate cultivating mode according to the theory of the transformation of knowledge production mode and system science theory.Secondly,three foreign cases,including medical engineering or medical-physics project by Harvard-MIT,innovation and design project by Duke-NUS Medical School,and medical-engineering project by Japan Northeast University Graduate School.They were analyzed from the aspects of training process,condition support,quality assurance,and so on,and the beneficial experience and enlightenment were obtained.Then,a questionnaire survey was conducted among the relevant majors of universities in China,and the current situation and influencing factors of cross graduate cultivation of medical engineering in China were analyzed from six dimensions:training objectives,curriculum teaching,scientific research training,tutor team,resource allocation and system specification.Finally,on the basis of foreign case experience and empirical analysis,this paper puts forward the problems existing in the cultivation of medical-engineering interdisciplinary crossing graduates in China,mainly including the unclear training objectives,the training process to be improved,the uneven distribution of educational resources and the imperfect quality assurance.Besides,the paper also puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the promotion of the cultivation of medical-engineering interdisciplinary crossing graduates in China,including making clear the training objectives,deepening the integration of disciplines,improving the training process,innovating the training methods,integrating educational resources,guaranteeing the support of conditions,improving the quality assurance and the training mechanism.Based on the framework of the cultivating mode of medical-engineering interdisciplinary crossing graduates,this paper adopts the methods of case study and questionnaire survey to deeply explore the practical experience of the cultivation of medical-engineering interdisciplinary crossing graduates in foreign countries,and empirically analyzes the current situation and existing problems of those in China.The research obtains a more systematic and scientific conclusion as well as certain innovation.The contribution of this study is that it has certain reference significance for China to further improve the cultivating mode of medical-engineering interdisciplinary crossing graduates and the quality of medical-engineering interdisciplinary crossing graduates. |
