Post-90 s is a special kind of concept, compare with the former generation, Post-90 s was born in the time of rapid developments of economy, science and technology, the competition for talent become more and more fiercer, for Post-90 s Graduate Students, they should not only continuously updated professional knowledge and skills, but also to learn the self-management and self-management skills then they can go far in the river of society. Gradually changed the social outrage and prejudice for the Post 90 s. Since 2012, Post-90 s Graduate Students are gradually entering the stage for further studies, as future builders of the motherland, they have a long way to go. As the backbone of the country, Post-90 s Graduate Students play an important role on the development of society. In recent years, scholars did many researches on self-management on middle school, primary school and university, but the researches on Post-90 graduate were rarely. Therefore, we need to systematic investigation the self-management skills of Post-90 s Graduate Students, Post-90 s Graduate study comprehensive system. with the relevant literature collection, this study setting the Post-90 s Graduate Students of Wuhan institute of technology as subject investigated, the selection of gender(female and male), grade(grade one and grade two and grade three), subject(arts, science and engineering), way of enrollment(Transfer and Manpower Recruitment), political affiliation, party members and non-party people, with these five variables, use self-questionnaire, from the Post-90 s Graduate Students daily life and study, emotional regulation, interpersonal interaction, occupational planning of Post-90 s Graduate Students, to investigate and analyze the status of Post-90 s Graduate Students’ self-management skills, give the proper advices to the major issues. After the questionnaires there were an interviewed in order to complement and supplement the results. The conclusions of this study are the following: The self-management ability of Post-90 s Graduate Students belongs the middle level;There are big differences among the sex, subject and grade in Post-90 s Graduate Students’ self-management ability; these differences are mainly as: the male self-managements of male Post-90 s Graduate Students are better than the female Post-90 s Graduate Students, the self-managements of science students are better than the engineering students and liberal arts students. The self-managements of third-year Graduate student are better than the first-year Graduate students and the second-year Graduate students. The students of national unified recruitment scheme are better than the students of Individual recruitment.
