This article USES the literature material law, questionnaire investigation, logic analysis, mathematical statistics and co mparative law research m ethods, through the questionnaire survey was ca rried out on the chang DE ci ty urban and rural m iddle school physical edu cation teachers, the chan g DE city rural schoo ls sports facing difficulties in the proces s of teachers’ professional development, expect to understan d chang DE city rural m iddle school physi cal education teachers professional development situation and th e various factors influencing the sports teachers’ professional development, as to better pr omote the chang D E city rural m iddle school PE teachers’ professional growth better th eoretical basis, to further prom ote the development of the ch ang DE city rura l middle school PE t eachers’ professional development.Research results show that: 1, through th e investigation and analysis, chang DE city rural middle school PE teachers’ professional development level is still re latively low, physical educatio n teachers also la ck of good professional dedication spirit, professional moral level is not high, ther e are dif ferent levels of job burnout, professional structure is not reasonable, etc.; 2, "exam-oriented education", the m ost important reason is a professional developm ent, physical education teachers in the school was "marginalized"; 3, chang DE city rural sports teachers’ in-service training mechanism is no t perfect; 4, rural m iddle school PE teachers’ social status and economic benefits is generally low, in the school "to get dif ferent pay" phenomenon, has not brought to the atten tion of the society and respect. For the above situation combined with the present situation of ch ang DE city rural m iddle school, put forward the following countermeasures: 1, vigorously promote rural middle school PE teachers’ professional development, improve the sports teachers’ professional sense of honor and pride; 2, ef fectively alleviate the pressure of PE teac hers in rural m iddle school, strengthen and perfect the system construction of school physical education; 3, establish a sound managem ent system to rural sports teac hers’ professional development; 4, the social value of physical education teachers need to re-exam ine, further improve the level of rural middle school PE teachers’ social status and treatment; 5, according to the reality of rural middle sc hool, to explore a suitable for rural m iddle school PE teachers’ professional development path; 6, establish and improve the rural sports teachers’ professional development evaluation system.
