The relationship between teachers and students is education activities often new problems. Ineducation activities, teachers and students are the leading role of education activities, interaction betweenteachers and students service to complete the education target. Therefore, the relationship between teachersand students is different from general interpersonal relationship. Junior high school stage of teenagers arephysiological, psychological rapid development period, good relationship between teachers and students isnot only for students to set up scientific world outlook, philosophy of life and values to provide practicalbasis, but also to promote the development of the students’ physical and mental health, and make theeducation teaching activities smoothly. In this study the perspective of teacher professional development,mainly using the method of empirical research into the present teaching and the relationship betweenteachers and students in junior middle school stage, on the basis of, analysis of the root causes of badrelationship between teachers and students, think to teacher is the key to build a good relationship betweenteachers and students, teachers ‘professional knowledge, professional skills and professional affection canpromote the relationship between teachers and students of the junior middle school stage to a great extent tobuild good,comb through the related literature at home and abroad and the definition of core concepts,establish the purpose and value of this study, from the perspective of teacher professional development todiscussed, according to the theory of teachers’ professional development theory, dialogue andcommunication theory as the theoretical basis of this study, according to the junior middle school stage ofthe young students physical and mental development, select three middle school of Henan Xinxiang500eighth-grade students and100teachers as the sample, through empirical research methods of questionnaireand depth interview,analysis the effective survey data, delve into the teachers’ professional developmentand build a good relationship between teachers and students of the inner link, trying to study the goodrelationship between teachers and students build strategy to provide theoretical basis and methodologybasis.
