The practice proved that, students have a large number of alternative conceptions.It is one of the important reasons to cause students thinking obstacles in the learning process. Research on "alternative conception"has become a key problem in the research field of chemical education. It has far-reaching significance on the reform of curriculum and teaching practice to reveal the various alternative conceptions and discuss the conceptual change teaching strategy.Conceptual change text is a teaching text prepared. The text is designed to challenge students’alternative conceptions and make students be not satisfied with the original ideas. Thus, students will accept more understandable, more reasonable, more effective new concept.The paper chooses "The Research on Transformation of Alternative Conceptions by Means of Conceptual Change Text"as the research topic, and chooses the conceptual change teaching associated with electrolyte of Senior One stage as an example. The paper has explored alternative conception by searching the literature method, interview method and two step test method. Then, according to the alternative conception of students about the "electrolyte"concept, conceptual change text is authorized.Moreover, teaching practice by means of conceptual change text is carried out on 48 students,and the pretest and post test scores is analyzed by "paired sample T test". It is concluded that the two tailed significance probability is 0.000<0.05. So it is meaningful the post test scores average is more 1.5 points than pretest scores average. And the teaching practice makes the positive teaching effect. At the last of the paper, it gets two teaching enlightenment:(1) alternative conceptions Generally exist and should be paid attention to.(2)We should focus on teaching strategy by means of the conceptual change text.
